'Wichcraft (5th Ave)

This was my first time ordering from 'Wichcraft (5th Ave) and it will be my last. I waited over an hour and half for it to be delivered (and 2 phone calls to see where it is... ) I was completely underwhelmed by not only the quality of the sandwich- I had the roasted chicken sandwich which was dry, the kale was stringy and the bread was hard, the potato salad side was smaller than my computer mouse and the fruit salad was equally disappointing. And to know I paid almost $17, it's terrible. Never again.

Tuna sandwhich was extremely over powering, many strong tastes that don't marry well. Even when you take off the lemon rinds it doesn't help much. The really stupid thing is 1st time ordering, and it says 555-5th ave. Its not on 5th ave, its down 46th street. I get wanting a marque address, but stupid when its a food shop and 555 5th is a jewlery store.

So disappointed in today's lunch! I've had this before and today felt like it was thrown together by the guy who stocks the bathroom! My grilled cheese was a huge loaf of bread with one slice of cheese melted somwhere in there. My tomato soup was poured into a coffee cup that was secured shut by ten pieces of scotch tape! Bad show, 'Wichcraft!!

Wichcraft is generally a very quick deliverer. The food is always hot and delicious. Their breads are outstanding, and the soup/sandwich combo is my personal favorite pick because it's both delicious and price efficient for what can be a costly lunch menu. Love!

First of all: The food is delicious, always. Today's was especially good, the goat cheese sandwich. Just so fresh and wonderful. What got me this time is that for ONCE a restaurant actually followed the "special instructions". I'm so used to writing them just in case somebody reads it, but not really expecting to get what I asked for (I'm sure this is not just me). Well, 'Wichcraft was paying attention and substituted the bread that I wanted. Great food, great service. This is officially my go-to sandwich place.

Just had the weirdest experience. Ordered at 11:15 am. Finally received the food at around 12:50 pm. Then delivery guy gets sick, is doubled over and complaining about his acid reflux problem!! Felt sorry for the poor guy and offered some food and water, but not exactly what I want to hear from someone that just brought my lunch. Wichcraft if you are having problems/delays with delivery, post it on the website, don't let customers find out the hard way. The food is ok, but not worth the delivery experience. Giving a 1 for weirdness.

Dear Wichcraft, please bring back your heritage smoked ham sandwich with the butter and avocado. I miss it dearly and probably won't order from you again otherwise. <3 The sandwich cookies are pretty good, I'm a big fan of the fruitwiches. I personally do not like the soups or the cheddar they use.. but that's likely just me being picky. Service is generally speedy and without error.

I've got to give it to Wichcraft, they are really consistent. Consistent at being the WORST delivery in New York City. Fourth time of getting an order two hours after ordering. Delivery guy forgot the phone number to call. They had to resend the delivery TWICE after messing up the delivery. The food is great, super-great. But I can't understand how a business can survive this long on such horrible delivery quality.

I love a lot of the food at 'Wichcraft, but I wasn't thrilled about the pb&j sandwich this time. They used a jelly that was the same color as the pb and also it didn't have a ton of fruit flavor. I've had their pb&j sandwiches before, and they're usually pretty good, but I like a little color/flavor in my food.

Sandwich was really difficult to each because of bread density. The chicken was also very dry. Will not be ordering from this place again unfortunately.

This Place is absolutely ridiculous! I waited nearly 3 hours for my order and when I called to ask them what was going on i was on hold for 45 minutes. I never ended up receiving my order. I will never order from here again.

I ordered the slow-roasted pork sandwich from here a few weeks ago, and it was absolutely horrible. The pork was bland and dry - not at all what I was expecting. Will not be ordering from here again.
