Windsor Cafe fulfilled my dream of having breakfast delivered to me (for some reason I had it in my head that that was impossible). Also, I ordered silver dollar pancakes and received approximately 1 billion of them. Best morning ever, basically.

Usually I have a decent experience ordering from this place, but today I'd special-requested home fries with no peppers or onions. Instead, they included french fries in my order - NOT the same thing. If they weren't able to accommodate my request, they should have contacted me before sending my order. I did not order french fries because they always come cold and soggy, and this time was no exception. Lesson to Windsor Cafe: call your customer before assuming they'd want a substituted item!

Not sure why, but I frequently order from Windsor, a constant disappointment. They get EVERY, yes EVERY order wrong. I figure at this point they just guess at what you want to eat that day. The food is decent but don't expect to actually eat anything you order. It is very frustrating!

Talk About Fast!!! I Used To Go To School Around Here & It Took Me Longer To Get There, But They Took Less Than 20 Minutes To Get Here & They Followed The Special Instructions To Perfection. & My Food Is Delicious. Definitely A Must Restaurant In My Eyes. Thanks To The Staff @ Windsor. Will Definitely Be A Delivery Regular!

Wrong order, took nearly an hour for cold food, and they're right down the street...food isn't nearly good enough to justify lousy customer service. This neighborhood has several better diners, don't waste your time here.

Their quote time is horrible. After an hour I called to cancel my order, the gentleman on the phone them accused me of lying. I told him I had an email confirmation and a call from them asking what soup of the day I wanted. Don't get Togo from them on the weekends. They can't handle it.

I've ordered from here a few times. It's your basic diner food. Does the trick when you need breakfast and you're out of groceries. Was a little disappointed when my waffle arrived cold and without any of the toppings I paid for. My smoothie was a weird brown color, and didn't taste like peaches as I had ordered. Meh. :/

update 11/29 ordered again after about a year--updated my info, even the additional comments in the delivery to my correct address. and they STILL delivered to my old address. It really makes my neighbors happy. the guy showed me his credit card print out that showed my old address--not the seamless order form that was updated 3 times. They need to connect their systems. but to be honest, after tasting the mac and cheese i ordered--my neighborhoods could have had it. I hate to be harsh- they deliver a good burger when I need one--but it always seems like something wrong happens with the deliver--no matter what the address. old review: food is decent. good burgers. problem is--they don't follow instructions at all. Small things like--no onion, to large things--like what apartment to go to! My upstairs neighbors are not so pleased to get knocks on their doors when my instructions specifically state "ground floor. do not go upstairs." that leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Traditional Diner food. The best place to eat when I'm so hungover I can't get out of bed to actually go anywhere. The food is always yummy and just what I need to get last night out of my system. Plus I've dined in and everything is good too. Not gourmet food, just yummy stuff. Wish I could give 4.5 stars, the only negative I have is that delivery can take a little while, sometimes up to an hour.

I asked for bacon in my omlette and got ham, I asked for an everything bagel and got plain, I asked for toasted bagel i got lukewarm and mushy, something even tasted funky with the ceam cheese and the toast was so heavily buttered it was no longer edible. The delivery guy was perfectly nice but besides the spot on home fries that's the most I can say about my order. Whenever I dine out and eat here everything is perfect, not quite sure what happens during delivery.

Chicken wings are OK, crispy good but small. Also they are over a dollar a piece which I think is too pricey for Small Just OK wings. Maybe there should be 10 wings per order not 7 without carrots or celery? No napkins or utensils so don't order to a bar. Gotta say great salads and desserts though.

I know it's the hottest day of the year - so I gave a 40% tip when I ordered. My place is 4 ave blocks away. But the food took an hour to get here, was totally soggy, and what kind of Rueben sandwich is served open face with no dressing. Very disappointed. Doubt I'd get delivery again.

This was a TERRIBLE experience and a complete waste of money. The delivery time took 60 minutes, we did not get requested condiments, and the food was freezing cold. Seriously...freezing cold. We tried heating it up in the oven, but it could not be saved. Very dissapointing.
