Wok and Roll (Chinatown)

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They do not bring you the correct food, and when you try to call to complain, they claim they can not understand you. I am extremely disappointed that I ordered an entrée worth $11.50 and was delivered something that costs $3.50. Calling them is just a huge waste of time because they can not understand you. I hope they are happy that they suck and are probably one of the worst places in Chinatown (which is sad).

took over 1 hour to deliver, place is only about 1 mile from my house. Spider roll was soft and sawgey. Hot and sour soup was cold. Gyoza dumplings were cold and sawgey too. I wont be ordering from this place again

I've ordered sushi from Wok and Roll beafore and it was fine. But last night I ordered from the rest of the menu and it was a great disappointment. The food arrived cold, the vegetable dumplings were much too thick with blah filling and the curry chicken was not curry. Add to that one crunched fortune cookie with no fortune - no good!

I don't understand the negative reviews of Wok & Roll. We live in the neighborhood and order sushi from here regularly. It is always fresh and delicious, and the delivery is prompt and friendly. Their sashimi is good quality, and the veggie tempura, spicy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, and salmon avocado roll are always delicious. Also, their California roll is surprisingly good. I can't speak for the Chinese food here, but I would definitely recommend it as good sushi option in Chinatown.

Wok N Roll has the best bargain for their sushi. The sushi is fresh and you can custom make your order if you don’t want cucumber or would like spicy sauce or not ginger in your delivery container. They are very accommodating and the price is right.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've had lots of negative delivery experiences, but this wasn't one of them. The delivery was prompt and accurate. I've had vegetable & shrimp sushi, egg rolls and other dishes and found them very good.

We just ordered vegetable tempura, futo maki, super california roll, and two other completely unidentifiable rolls. THIS IS THE WORST SUSHI I've ever had. ever. The futo maki tasted like it's made with windex. Inedible. I'm throwing it away.

Good food for a low price. Delivery was timely as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the Vegetable tempura. Will be ordering from here again.

I ordered at 7. The food came at 9 after two phone calls to the restaurant. The food supposed to be delivered hot came stone cold (literally the worst tempura I have ever had) and the sushi tasted like it was pre-packaged from the grocery store.

I usually just order sushi here, so my review doesn't cover the entrees. The sushi is just fine. Not the best you will ever find, but a perfectly acceptable lunch. I always pick up or eat in person--no experience with the delivery service.

Gen Tso's was nice and spicy, delivery prompt. But, there is a delivery fee and the crab wontons were tasteless and sent without sauce - just a few packets of flavorless duck sauce.

AWFULLLL! I ordered Drunken Noodles and got fried noodles.... they forgot the main recipe in the dish which is BASIL. No basil was in the food. The Hot and Sour soup smelled like they cooked it with dish cloth water. This would have to be the WORST chinese/Thai food EVER! you are waisting your time and money if you order from them.order

The food was okay and pretty standard chinese fare and a bit overpriced for what I ordered. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the service is horrible. I work 4 blocks away from this restaurant and it took them an hour to deliver my food, when the delivery time was estimated at 30-45 min. Also, the delivery guy was terribly rude and yelled at me for not noticing him waiting in a car. This is the first and last time I order from this place.
