Wrap Star (94 Fulton)

Ordered Santa Fe wrap and sweet potato fries. Wrap was awful vegetables were anything but fresh, lettuce was brown, and the fries were cold.

Just had an excellent "Thanksgiving Wrap". Really, really good. Steamed carrot side was also fresh and very good.

This wrap was the size of a chipotle burrito and almost twice the weight. Now I know why they named this place Wrap Star. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and when it arrived there was no buffalo sauce inside only lettuce and chicken. Thinking it was an honest mistake, I called them to ask if they could just send me some buffalo sauce and the guy who answered the phone argued with me for 10 minutes saying that the chef swears he put buffalo sauce in the wrap. When i asked him to come and take a look at it to prove I wasn't lying to him he finally said he would send me a side of sauce. So unhelpful and rude. I will never order from this place again.

I've ordered from this place about 4 times now and have been satisfied everytime. I have not noticed any delay in receiving my order and I was always please by the food's taste, quality, and presentation. I really recommend the Blackened Salmon Wrap with the Collard Greens. They remind me of a great spicy Cajun meal from New Orleans. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The Turkey Cheeseburger Wrap is good too. I've ordered from many places in the Financial District but this place has me ordering again and again.

Would be 4 or 5 star but the delivery takes so LONG. well over an hour and estimated time. Thai wrap and all veggie wraps are amazing

I ordered a baked shrimp wrap which was supposed to come with a pineapple sauce. Instead, I received a *fried* shrimp wrap with no sauce, just lettuce. An attempt to make a healthy decision was foiled & the taste was subpar. Delivery time certainly didn't make up for the lack of accuracy & taste. All around disappointing experience.

I have been ordered on s web for 6 months now and have never once written a review. I am now taking the time out of my miserable afternoon to let everyone know what a joke this place was. The confirmation email said 25-40 minutes. After an hour we called and they gave us the "it just left and it’s on its way." 20 minutes later we called back and we got the “it should be there any second. “When the food arrived not only were they the worst wraps I ever ate, (not wrapped tight, not even cut in the middle, and they didn’t let the fries breathe (classic amateur move) but they also didn’t follow my specific instructions for dressing on the side. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF A COULD. VERY CLOWNISH PLACE.

Chicken BLT wrap was too heavy on chicken and very light on bacon. (a few bits sprinkled at each end of the wrap and none in the middle.)
