My delivery arrived exactly 2 hours after I placed my order, requesting delivery asap. When I called the restaurant to see what the ETA was on my lunch, the person answering the phone was rude the first time and then just let me sit on hold the second time. The food was ok, but with so many other Chinese places to order from, my first order from Wu Liang Ye is also my last.

My co-workers rave about the food here so I wanted to try it. I didn't order the right thing I guess - the website doesn't say my dish (Poachek Chicken w/Spicy Chili Soy Vinaigrette) comes as a cold dish. The website also didn't say that I have to order rice seperately. On the plus size, my food came in under 20mins & when I called Wu Liang Ye about these issues, she was very calm & polite. I will try this place again - just stick to ordering what I know.

I'd stopped ordering from here after another delayed delivery (this time just over 2 hours) and when you call the restaurant the woman that answer the phone was very rude would yell something and hang up. Anyway, I decided to give them and my last 3 orders arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the food was hot and delicious. Kudos to Wu Liang Ye for correcting a problem for their customers.

I really like the food from Wu Liang Ye, but I was disappointed with my last order. The rice was old and mushy. I took a few bites and threw it away in the trash. I paid over $28 for lunch that was worth $5.

someone from Seamless needs to be address their delivery time estimates. if it were only 15 min off, it wouldn't be a big deal, but past reviews have made it clear it usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours. The estimates are so consistently of that Seamless should really step up to the plate and address the issue since this establishment is unable or unwilling to do so.

Ordered at lunchtime on a Thursday, no problems with delivery or service. On-time arrival. I was pretty conservative with my order: Szechuan pork dumplings and the Dan Dan noodles. Dumplings were great (steamed, which I liked), and drowning in spicy chili oil. I wish they had put the same chili oil on the Dan Dan noodles, since that's how I've had Dan Dan at most other Szechuan places, but instead it was a sweater darker sauce. Still good, but I used the rest of my chili oil from the dumplings for the noodles and it was a big improvement.

Although food is good, will not want to order from them again. I ordered Kung Pao shrimp and Kung Pao chicken. Called them after 45 minutes as food had not arrived and was put on hold forever. Finally got the food. I got both chicken no shrimp. Also got only one rice. I called them and was again put on hold for like 10 minutes. Hung up in disgust. Had a guest leave without eating as he does not eat chicken. Food being good is useless if you do not have customer service. Try calling them between 12.00 and 2.00

sent wrong order and stopped answering phones at 9:30 so I couldn't get the correct order. One item that was correct was not good at all.

Horrible customer service. I ordered at 5pm for delivery at 6.30pm, and at 7pm I called asking where my food was. She went "Ohhhhhh.. 6.30pm" and said that they had forgotten about my order.

Horrible service, if you ever have to call the restaurant to follow up. They shout on the phone, hang up, leave you on hold. System says "15-20 minutes for delivery" and I waited 57 minutes before calling them to follow up. "Don't call us before one hour!" she shouted, before hanging up. Last time I will order from them. Hopeless.

delivery took an hour when it they est 30min max. spring roll was stale, no longer crunchy. for the lunch special price, which is higher than most, they don't even include a soup, which is standard for Chinese lunch specials. the rice is hard, and not really edible.

Food is good, delivery is rarely on time. By late I mean upwards of 45 minutes. Don't believe the seamless estimates, and pickup if possible.
