Yummy Thai (NY)

I have ordered from Yummy thai a couple of times, and they have taken more than an hour to deliver every time. When I call their explanation has been that they are busy and that the order is on its way. I will no longer order from this restaurant, they obviously do not care, and are unable to get it together.

I've never liked curry before, and the Red Curry at this place turned me into a devotee. Highly recommend it. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai once and it was meh. Not bad, but not as delicious as the curry. I think Yummy Thai is worth it :)

Stick to the basics and you can't go wrong. The Green Curry with shrimp or mixed vegetables, Pad Thai, Spring Rolls, classic soups, are always good. Once tried something else, something like fusion and was not happy -- but then, I'm not a fusion kind of person, so I can't tell you if it was them or me. Also, the fried banana desserts are delicious, perfectly done.

Would give a three and a half stars. I am a Thai food snob and this is legitimately pretty good. It actually used to be pretty greasy and gross but at some point in the last year they must have gotten a new head chef. Definitely the best Thai food available in my area.

I love this place, and usually order from here at least once, if not twice a week, and this is the WORST meal I have ever had from there!!! Is it a new chef/lunch crew?? The Pad Thai was all stuck together and the chicken tasted dry and old. Could not eat it!! Also, the extra peanut sauce spilled all over the bag, so there was none left in the container, when I opened it. Very disappointed!!!!

I order from this place all the time and really like the food. There are limited places to eat in Inwood and I find that while this isn't the best Thai food I've ever had, it does the trick. Just to note, although I like this place very much, I just placed an order for lunch and called to ask why I didn't receive a confirmation email. Turns out they don't open until noon, although it's listed as being open from 11:00am. A little disappointed at the situation...but at least the taste makes up for it.

Food took over an hour. Delivery guy was so rude and demanded and threatened to take food back if I did not give him $5 tip. I had already tipped through seamless and was not going to be bullied by him. I stood my ground and he finally gave me my food. Food was just about average an not worth the price, less the delivery experience. Never ordering here again.

Their quality is going down. The fried rice in the past 2 deliveries had a burnt overcooked taste.

Eaten at their restaurant and the food's decent, so only rating on the service right now - don't wait until you're hungry to order from here because your delivery will take more than an hour to arrive. I'm so irritated that I'm writing this review while STILL waiting for my food. Never ordering from this place again.

i have ordered from here many times in tha past, and the food was great, however our last order was a disaster. took more than an hour and ten minutes to travel 5 blocks, and the green curry was just a bowl of broth with less than 1/4 cup of veggies, no tofu. dissapointing

Portions are pretty small for the price, but the delivery is fast which is great! The meals are pretty tasty too. I've ordered 4 times from them already.

Too a very long time and the food was cold. Ordered the before and the food was quite nice hence the 2 starts instead of 1.

I honestly thought it was going to be good! It wasn't I ended up ordering chinese because i couldnt even have a bite! plus portions are very small.

The service here is terrible. The first time I ordered, they called me and told me they were closed, even though they were shown as open on SeamlessWeb. The second time they called me and said the lunch special wasn't available, even though it was listed on the menu. Not worth the hassle.
