Yuva

I ordered Chicken Tikka Massala, very popular dish. Chicken was dry, gravy tasteless. Indian restaurants usually include some bread - not Yuva. I expected much better for $17. Never again.

Just ordered the tandoori box for lunch and was really happy with it - it arrived quickly, still hot and it was very good. Included 3 diff meats, vegetables, rice and naan. Would order again.

They were outstanding until the end of March and then they dropped the Indo-Asian part of their menu that made them distinctive for the area. I also noticed that the Tandor Lachha Piratha lacked the several layers and flavor that made it such a delight -- might be a new chef that is not as skilled as the prior in Indo-Asian...? Sad, in any event. I love their tikka masala sauce and some other standard Indian fare though!

That's the last time Im ordering from them! waited an hour for the food, called them - told me (or rather lied!) that their guy was on his way- took them another 30 min since the call. If you cannot deliver on time between 3-5pm, just say your restaurant is closed and dont misguide people into thinking you're open only to wait until 5 to start cooking the food! It wasnt the delivery guy's fault at all because I asked him what time he received the order for dispatch!

Messed up my entire order and didn't offer to deliver the correct order when I called to complain. Women on the phone kept me on hold in the middle of my call. POOR customer service.

This place used to be great. I don't know what happened. I ordered last night. The food took forever to arrive and when it did arrive, part of the order was missing. I ordered a chicken dish and a lamb dish, in both cases the meat was poor quality, tough and dry. I also ordered this eggplant dish that was essentially inedible. Everything was luke-warm. This place is on the expensive side so I doubt that I will take a chance on them again.

Sloppy. Ordered chicken tikka, got a decent quantity of food, but chicken was cooked quickly--some pieces seemed a little too pink and it was sloppily cut and seasoned. I have had much better for about the same price. It's a hard dish to mess up. Delivery was quick, though.

Good food but they are consistently late on delivery. Normally I don't get too upset about this but tonight when I called to ask where my food was they said that they were waiting for more orders to come in so they could delivery all the orders at once. Great idea, except now my food is cold. This is not the first time they've been late. Also, often times the soda I get has expired (how long have they been holding onto cans?)

Terrible service. I waited 2 hours for my food, called 3 times and was told each time it would be 5-10 minutes. I was also told that they would call me back immediately after talking to the deliver man and never received a call back. Their only response was that they were having delivery problems. It is absolutely unacceptable to be lied to consistently.
