The Caesar Wrap was soggy w/terrible bottle dressing and had no rommaine lettuce in the wrap. There were some sad looking tomatos added in for color? The Minestrone needed some salt and pepper, but other then the small size was edible. The yogart had soggy granola that seemed to be laying in the yogart for some time and again was quite small in size for $4. (The duannereade yogart is better and less expensive) I would pass on Zaro's for delivery in the future.

I love Zaro's - they know my order for breakfast and have it ready for me when I come in. The staff is always friendly and the quality of the food is great. Always fresh!

So disappointed. We ordered a grilled salmon salad that was just plain inedible...in fact, the salmon may have been spoiled...felt sick the next day. An iced tea was delivered- not in a bag- and all over the rest of our food. Will never order from Zaro's again!

Not only did the food show up an hour late, but none of my requests were taken into consideration. When I called to check on my order, the man was rude and curt; and the delivery man was anything but apologetic. I'm extremely disappointed--I will never order from here again

I order a ham sandwich with: 1. country bread...it's a french baguette instead 2. havarti cheese...it's swiss 3. with mayo...no mayo If you guys are too busy to make your sandwiches as ordered, I will not be ordering from you again.

Kidding me? 90 minute+ delivery time? When I called the place an hour after I placed the order, they assured me that the food was on its way. It took another 30 minutes for them to get here. Oh, and the food wasn't good either. At least it was cheap.

It's stupid that you assume that everyone can have bread with nuts in it & you mix it with your fork and napkins. I had to actually walk outside to get a non-contaminated fork and napkins. Defeats the purpose of ordering online, don't you think?

THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK FOR THE ITEMS I ORDER. I ALWAYS HAVE TO REVISE AND GET SOMETHING I REALLY DIDN'T WANT. WHY HAVE IT ON THE MENU WHEN YOU NEVER HAVE CERTAIN ITEMS AVAILABLE??? ALSO WHEN THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE YOU A REFUND WHEN THEY ARE OUT OF STUFF. THEY SAY "OH CALL US TOMORROW AND WE WILL CREDIT YOU ON A PHONE ORDER" SO SHADY.

They have great sandwiches and lunch specials. I did not receive the correct Snapple drink with my order so I don't know how much detailed attention is paid to the SeamlessWeb order but I would definitely order from them again.
