Love Zaytoons! And BYOB when you go in which is very nice. Goat cheese pizza with no bacon is my JAM!

i got the zaytoon's combo plate, hummus and pita bread. the combo plate was pretty good--exactly what you'd expect the flavors to be from a middle eastern restaurant, but in terms of middle eastern food deliciousness it was nothing special. the hummus is not like sabra's hummus, it's more hearty and less creamy. the pita bread is chewy, fluffy and soft, not like the pitas you buy at the store. i would probably not order from again.

We love Zaytoon's... there are a lot of solid, similar middle eastern choices in the neighborhood, and this place stands equal to slightly above them all in terms of consistency, quality, value and overall deliciousness. it is particularly noteworthy that a place that is otherwise best for eating in manages to deliver equally well when it comes to delivery/take-out. Everything always arrives fresh and tasty, and very nearly as good as it does when eating there on the premises. the spinach pie pitza is fantastic (especially when choose one of the multiple-cheese options); the lentil soup is also delicious, as is any individual or combo plate of their meza and salads.where things really shine is their sandwiches or platters from the rotisserie or grill. the leg of lamb platter is particularly noteworthy!

I don't know what the hoopla is with this place, but we've been eating here for many years off and on and we don't get it. We haven't enjoyed anything from this place and don't find it that special. I am Armenian so I have some idea of what good Middle Eastern is and this has never satisfied us. There are other options in the hood that are better than Zaytoons

Zaytoon's is just fantastic. Both the spinach pie and the falafel were crunchy, everything on the combo plate was nice and cool, and the pita was delicious. Of course thats what you'd expect from a sit-down restaurant, but this food was hanging out inside a bag inside another bag being delivered to an apartment. Its also pretty magical that all the items on the combo plate stayed separated. I really don't know how the Zaytoon's delivery folks pull that off. Bigtime kudos for that one!

The delivery person spoke no English, gave us the wrong order twice, and then the restaurant still hasn't delivered the correct order over an hour later. Great food when you dine there, but the worst delivery service in Brooklyn. Beware!

We have ordered from this restaurant on several occasions via seamless web with no problem, except on Tuesday 6/13/12. Our order supposedly never reached them (they claim) and after waiting 1 hour we called. Restaurant said it was on the way...Then another 45 minutes went by. We called. Restaurant said they actually never got this order. No apology. No nothing. Really?

Food is very good, delivery arrived quickly and food was hot. Great prices too! One thing to note...when they are out of dessert items, they tend to substitute at their own discretion, which kind of sucks. Their carrot cake is REALLY good, which is probably why they're out of it a lot.

I'm not really sure why people like this place so much. I ordered the 10 in spinach pitza, which you would assume is a pizza with a pita crust -- NOPE, it was a calzone. What's even more annoying is that it was really gross. I also ordered a falafel plate. Also bad. They cram all the food into a tiny container so your hummus is all over the salad and falafel balls. Also the salad had no dressing, just some wilted rotting romaine. I basically threw the entire thing away after a few bites. Go to Bedouin Tent instead, this place sucks.

delivery was very prompt but food was not good. i got the combo plate - moujadarra was off and they didnt offer to replace with another dish, rather told me they would give me something for free next time I ordered. should have stuck with the waterfalls

This place is really really good, I'm glad they finally deliver to my apartment. The zatar bread is delicious, spinach pie is great too. I think their meat dishes are better than other similar places in the area. I would definitely order from here again.
