Zaytoon's (Vanderbilt Ave)

I was really enjoying all the different flavors of my food, fresh and great taste. I ordered Zaytoon combo and a chicken kebab. Unfortunately, the center of the chicken in the kebab wasn't fully cooked ... yikes!

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal Zaytoon's customer for over five years. Unfortunately, the delivery service has become very unreliable. A handful of times the food has taken 60-75 minutes and when I have called to check on the order, nobody answers the phone or I get attitude from the person! I hate to stop ordering from here because I love the food, but this is ridiculous. Either change your estimated delivery time to be accurate or hire more delivery people.

Careful with the Oven Roasted Chicken -- totally addicting. I may or may not have ordered it twice last weekend. Crazyawesome garlic sauce. Love Zaytoon's!

Had a problem with my order and when I called the guy was a total jerk! That's after I tried calling four times- two calls went straight to a voicemail that is not set up, and the third time it just rang about 20 times before I gave up. Food aside, I will never order from a business that treats their customers this lousy. Never will I order from Zaytoons again.

The best, most consistent delivery place in the neighborhood. I've ordered from here dozens and dozens of times. Pretty much everything on the menu is great, and it arrives fast. Zaytoon's forever!

Zaytoon's either loves us or hates us as we order lunch or dinner probably 5 times a week. Inexpensive and fresh food. I even had then cater a party for 50. Completely reliable and fast delivery.

Good food, cheap too. We always get the scallop pizza and the zaytoons combo and if we are feeling crazy, we get a spinach pizza too.

After the crippling loss of Fatoosh in the Park Slope neighborhood, we've been a little hard up for delicious Arab food. Zaytoon's is no Fatoosh, but it's a delicious alternative with unique offerings. Shawirma is delicious, but be warned it's not strips of meat, so much as small meat chunks. I suggest pairing that with their Cucumber Yogurt sauce, which isn't just a traditional Tzatziki, it has mint and feta in it as well. They're a little on the pricey side, which is my only issue.

one of our neighborhood faves! the lambijan is delish. everything arrives quickly and fresh, the pitas are always warm. remarkable value for the price. we love it. we've gotten friends and relatives hooked on Zaytoon's.

Even with the influx of good restaurants on Vanderbilt, I still recommend Zaytoons more often than anywhere else. Delicious food, good value, and prepared quickly. My friends and I usually just make a meal out of mezas, although the platters are excellent as well (and a *lot* of food). After sticking with the traditional dishes for a long time, I just recently tried the "pitzas" -- and they're great, too! (The Ala Nar Pitza in particular is amazing.) Can't say I've ever tried the burgers, but I almost tempted, just to see if they turn out to be as good everything else.

Zaytoon's is one of my favorite neighborhood spots, and I'm excited they're on SeamlessWeb. Their service is quite prompt, and usually accurate.Their lentil soup is amazing, and I can't recommend their pita highly enough. So wonderfully fresh! Pretty much everything I've ever had there is wonderful. If you like Middle-Eastern food, do yourself a favor and try Zaytoon's! You won't be sorry!

The delivery arrived in 35 minutes flat. The pita was hot, the salads were perfect. All in all, a truly wonderful experience on a snowy Friday night. I will definitely order from them again.

Our favorite place- we order it a few times a month at least. The Kibi platter, stuffed cabbage rolls, and the lentil soup are killer, and I have a soft spotfor the orange blossom custard. Delivery time has never been a problem, and the food always comes warm and well wrapped.

The food is fantastic! The spices are perfectly balanced and it's all just delicious. I've had the spinach pitza, the lamb kabob wrap, the vegetable pitza, and the chocolate mousse (it's an add-on item). The mousse itself is the best I've ever had - super light, fluffy and chocolatey. Delivery is quick and friendly. Best place for good food!
