I order from Zen on a regular basis. The food (dining at the restaurant) is excellent. However, on numerous occasions I have received my food cold after more than twice the time estimated on the confirmation. Just recently on 10/6/09, I received an order confirmation at 6:52pm for a tuna roll and shumai with an estimated delivery time of 30-45 minutes. I didn't receive the small order until after 8:30pm and two phone calls to the restaurant. Same on 1/29/10. More than double the time mentioned on the email
