Zen Palate

Terrible service... the guy called me almost 10 minutes before he got there to meet him downstairs so I sat there waiting. Then when I asked him to "please not call so far in advance" he muttered something in a foreign language under his breath.

Food was good but the service was bad. They charged me $1 for an add-on and then refused to honor the add-on because it cost more than $1. Pathetic.

I was looking for healthy food which as i'm sure you know is very difficult to find!! I stumbled onto Zen Palate and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the veg burger and sweet potato fries with taro spring rolls. I thought the dish was very good! great for a vegan which i am most certainly not! IN fact i love meat. I am giving Zen Palate 4 stars only because the food was slightly greasy i would have preferred it to be less greasy.

The food is some of the best fare on Seamless - I eat there even though I do not consider myself to be vegetarian. My gripe with this place is that their service is poor and they often mix up my order. When I call to complain, they take a very long time to correct their error. Once, they even asked whether I really wanted them to correct their mistake and bring me what I ordered.

Food wasn't tasty, the packaging wasn't secure, and they put my cold pie directly on top of hot food so it ruined the pie.
