I LOVE Zig Zag. Their food is always fresh and delicious. Favorites are the roasted peppers appetizer, the meatloaf, the burger, the salmon entree, and the tomato basil soup. I've never been disappointed and continue to order from them--both at work and at home.

The food was "good." Not exciting or anything to rave about, but decent. However, the estimated delivery time was 30-50 minutes, and we had to wait over an hour. The fries were cold and the salad was warm. Also, the menu is misleading. Apparently a portobello burger is not a "burger" and therefore doesn't come with fries. Also, the Zag Veggie sandwich was pretty skimpy, something I could have made at home in about two minutes for a dollar. We probably won't be ordering from here again.

Cold, boring food and depressing service. For a place that looks like they've got a good selection, you're not getting much more than average food and bumped prices with a larger than normal delivery fee. * Quoted arrival is 35-50 minutes. **Food arrived after 2 hours the first time. **Food arrived after 1.5 hours the second time. *Food has been either lukewarm or pretty close to cold both times. *Burger actually arrived under cooked. The outside was a nice brown, the inside had lots of pocket of bright pink. *Missing items in the second delivery. Only offered to compensate for the rice pudding despite the complaint that the food was cold the two times. (With catch phrase of "What do you expect me to do?" as if he was lost and this had never happened before.) *Stuffed pizza had been crushed and the cheese squeezed outwards, leaving a sizeable mess in the box. * Delivery driver seemed confused when asked about missing and crushed items "I am just the delivery driver/messenger." I couldn't suggest this place even if the meal was offered for free. Offering a free item after paying another delivery fee is not my idea of good customer service.
