Meatball subs were good, but $6 for three tiny rainbow cookies (which are $0.35 each at the deli near us) felt like a huge rip off.

People rave about this place but it's never been better than "ok" for me. Sandwiches are without exception dry and tough. Sides are underwhelming. I've had the Potato and Egg "Classic" and the Panelle sandwich, and they both have great promise which they fall far short of.

Totally over-rated. Rolls are tough, and the sandwiches are under-filled and bland. Also, if your selection is going to be so minimal, the sandwiches you do make ought to be good. They are not.

Bougie Italian sub shop. Sandwiches are fine, kinda overpriced for what you get, but be advised that the Panelle sandwich is not even remotely what is described on the Seamless menu. No cheese, red peppers, and balsamic. Owner took no responsibility whatsoever when I called to ask what was up. If you're gonna charge $10 (!) for a chick pea sandwich, at least deliver what's advertised.
