Zucchero e Pomodori

I ordered from Zucchero e Pomodori for the first time tonight, and received my confirmation email at 6:20 with an estimated delivery time of 40-55 minutes. I was completely shocked when my buzzer rang at exactly 6:33 with my food (I live 11 blocks away)! I ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese. It arrived piping hot (clearly), and was very tasty, with a great amount of meat in the sauce. My only complaint would be that there wasn't enough pasta to make a second meal out of it -- not a big deal, but would've made me felt a bit better about spending $15 on a pasta dish. Definitely worth ordering from again and trying some of their other dishes.

i can't tell you how many times i have ordered from Zucchero but it is always cook to perfection (Shrimp Scampi with no arugula and thin pasta) and there bread is outstanding warm and crispy with a soft in side thanks for being sooooo good

So far, this isTruly Good Food in every way. Flavor, portions, value. My first order delivered an Italian feast to my door. Even just the bread was delicious. Keep up the good work Pomodori.

Fast delivery, would order here again. Homemade pasta and sauces were very good. Big enough menu to keep me coming back to try new dishes.

I love this place! I get the pappardelle and the pear salad. Consistently good delivery and I like how it's packaged. The side of spinach is good too!

ordered chicken parm, food came really fast! some have said this is salty but i would call it "well seasoned" (I should note that I am not one to pour salt on my plate like some others do as soon as food arrives) will definitely order again

TERRIBLE-It took a 1.5 hours to get my order!!! By the time my order did arrive it was COLD. Even if it had been hot the bolognese sauce was utterly tasteless & the noodles were overcooked. Never ordering from here again!

I ordered several times from them and I must say it's absolutely fantastic every single time. They are sometimes a bit slow in confirming the order (took up to 30 minutes once) but then the delivery time is perfectly accurate. Last order even came earlier that announced. Food arrived every single time at perfect temperature. It's not the less expensive Italian restaurant you will find, but it's a total bang for your bucks and worth it. The imported Bufala mozzarella antipasto is just great, if you never tasted real Bufala mozzarella before, give it a go you will not regret it. They add some bread with it which is a very nice addition but note that it's probably morning made so if you order in the evening, it is not so fresh anymore but perfectly fine still - and free anyway! Today after reading some reviews I decided to go with the Pollo Parmigiana and I must say it was mind-blowing! The chicken is perfectly cooked, soft and tender, the taste is absolutely fantastic, you HAVE to give it a go at least once. I have yet to try more stuff on their menu, but I usually end up ordering something I already know because my mouth is watering just thinking about it :) I totally recommend it to everybody. Give it a go, take my word, I'm from Europe and know Italy as my second home and it doesn't get any better than this! Don't pay attention to the 1 stars rating, they either have been extremely unlucky or must be from concurrent businesses trying to bring it down an unfair way. That food is fantastic.
