Zucker's Bagels & Smoked Fish (Zuckers)

Now that I have waited two hours to cancel my order...I now see the reviews and feel a little stupid. It was a disaster...can get my bagel from the corner in less than ten and its not so bad!

Love their coffee, bagels, and all of the five different smoked fishes I've tried. The only reason it's not five stars is because they don't carry fresh dill.

Bagels are just so-so. If you get eggs on your bagel it will take a lifetime. Don't bother ordering on the weekends - it will definitely not be worth the wait.

bagels are good but they rip you off on cream cheese. they list it as 1/4lb but when i ordered scallion and nova cream cheese (1/4 lb) they only give the small container (salad dressing size) - maybe enough for 2 bagels each.

My go to bagel place with my boyfriend on saturday and sunday mornings... can never decide if I want an everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese or chicken salad!!

Over two hours for delivery for two simple bagels and cokes. No communication made and both times we called to ask where the delivery was, we were told it "had left and should be there any second" - granted, our calls were made nearly an hour apart. The bagel we ordered was a bagel with egg and canadian bacon, yet was delivered as a bagel with only bacon!. By no means is this place good enough to warrant the headache, attitude or 2+ hour long waiting time.

ZERO stars if possible. It's literally been over 2 hours since we submitted our order and bagels have still yet to appear. We called the place at the 1.5 and 2 hour marks and was told each time that it's out for delivery already. it seriously does not take 2 hours to make 2 bagels and deliver them when we live 10 mins away walking distance. Will NEVER EVER order from here again. Bad mistake.

Service here is brutal. People just dont care. Delivery showed up 1 hour over and called to inform them.....not even apologetic. In fact, seamless called and apologized and provide a coupon for the next order. Bagels were cold so dont ever order toasted bagels.

Delivery ALWAYS takes 45-60 minutes + . Bagels are OK. There chicken salad is good. Never get your bagels toasted since delivery takes forever.
