these guys are great. my coffee spilled in the delivery bag on the way over subsequently drowning my sandwich, i gave them a call and within 15 minutes i had a brand new breakfast. they start my weekends off right!

I really enjoy the breakfast and lunch items from line bagels. The bagels are delicious and I often get the create your own salad for lunch. However, I find the service to be spotty. I'd say 45% of the time something is missing or wrong with my order. Luckily I live super close so it doesn't take too much time to rectify. But if I lived more than 3 blocks away I would be really unhappy. And when I call to ask that they fix something that is wrong, they usually aren't the friendliest on the phone. This would definitely be a 4 star rating if they could just work on their customer service!

Food was great! Faster than expected. The food was nicely wrapped so things wouldn't spill. They took into account any special food instructions. The delivery guy was also super patient and kind when the door buzzer wasn't working.

We've ordered from a lot of the area's bagel places and this one was the best! Decent delivery time and really delicious bagel, homefries, and breakfast sandwich. Will definitely order from here agin!!

I like this place, and I've order from them a lot. But they always seem to be out of bread. I order a hero from them on one occasion and a burger from them on another and both times the items I order came on a bagel...and it was weird. Their bagels are great, but I don't want to eat a burger on them! I would order from them again though.
I love this place. The bagels are delicious. They hand make the cream cheese in the AM. They are friendly and quick. My local bagel place and I love it.

The food here is good, and I can't complain about the delivery time. However, there is a breakfast item called The Montecristo, and a sandwich by the same name. If you don't specify which one you're ordering, it's a toss-up as far as which one they're going to make. Pretty sure they have different prices. I just ordered the breakfast Montecristo and got a sandwich. Bagel Factory, what are we dooooooing?
