the food is amazing both at the restaurant and for delivery. also, where can you get organic meat in this area? and then for a good price!! i bring family and friends from all different backgrounds here and they all love it. the salads are amazing and big, and every burger is great (i've almost tried them all)! the outdoor seating area is also a really nice option. i used to do teddy's for the local "whatever/salad/need something close by" meal with people, but they continue to have a grade pending (which is very bad for an establishment that's been open for a long time) and their food and service is no where near as great as this place.

Tried this place on a whim a few weeks ago, and been ordering AT LEAST once a week since. The burgers are great, the service awesome, and they somehow still manage to keep fries crispy by the time they get to me (which is an ART).

I don't know if its their packaging but the fries are never soggy when I receive my order. Their burgers are tasty and their salads are fresh. A little pricey but worth it when you want to rest-assured your food will taste good.

A three-star review because the food that I did receive was tasty. On the other hand, my Brooklyn Label Burger with "Vino-nion" (which I might be mistakenly be assuming is some sort of onion) and bacon arrived as a burger with just cheese and slice of tomato. I won't contest that what I (quickly) received was good, just not specifically was advertised. And bacon is important.

I order Cheeburger a lot and they always deliver for me. Sure sometimes it takes a little longer, but no restaurant I've found is perfect with delivery times. Cheeburger's burger is tasty and has flavor. Onion rings are good and they have a great selection of drinks. I only wish they'd undercook the beef just a little more. Overall great food.

We love our Lone Star burgers and curly fries. The sliders are kid favorites. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the food but more than that the service we recently experienced was outstanding.
An order we got had a minor error; I called to check if we had someone else's order or see if we could have it corrected. Not only did the owner IMMEDIATELY call me back, corrected the issue, gave me his personal cell phone number and offered us another FREE meal and stressed to order whatever we wanted. He apologized again and again and was beyond kind.
We took him up on the offer of the free meal during a tight week $$$ wise and I called him on his cell, he remembered me and while he personally took my order in the kitchen, he urged me to keep ordering and try anything we wanted on the house. He asked if I needed extra utensils etc. Ketchup? "Yes, actually, we just ran out of ketchup, ketchup would be awesome, thanks!" When our food arrived so did a full bottle of Heinz ketchup, brand new, never opened.
The customer service I experienced due to what have potentially been a really poor experience has only made me more loyal and enamored with Lone Star. We will be using them again and again.
