Holy moly I've never gotten delivery that quickly. Precisely 7 minutes after the delivery confirmation hit my inbox, the delivery guy rang my bell. And these guys are a mile away from me. I guess it's possible because I ordered two items off the Popular Items list that are probably ready to go. Still, pretty impressive. Food was totally fine too. Crispy soy protein with plum sauce is basically a healthier version of a chicken mcnugget.

Potbelly is amazing. The food is wonderful. Their delivery service is prompt and timely. Their service overall is superb. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The first few times I ordered the food was great, then I ordered eggs benedict that were cold and disgusting and barely edible. I've ordered since and it's always a toss up about whether the food will be good or not.

Anyone that says people get paid to leave these reviews obviously had a bad experience. I order from here 3 days a week and it's never been a bad experience.

Tasty salad (I ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad) with fresh ingredients. Followed my directions about subbing out certain items for others in the salad. Order came with a loaf of bread on the side which was a welcome surprise. Delivery took a little long for my taste (45 minutes), but I'd probably order from here again.
