  It's not terrible, not great. Took about an hour to get here, which is probably because I ordered at a big dinner hour. I got the half chicken which was good, parts were a bit dry, but none the less tasty. The beans were good, garlic bread too. The corn is a bit soggy, but to be fair it's wrapped in foil to keep warm so it is locked in with its own steam. The onion rings weren't very good though, tasted kind of like fried food from a chinese place. It's decent, but not above a 3.5.

  I tell you...it's not easy finding good food that will get delivered to the Brooklyn Army Terminal. We did a dinner order from here in a rainstorm and it was STILL heads and tails above the other joints in this hood. The food was good (we had a range from burgers to salads to omelets) and still reasonably warm when it arrived. Flavorful AND they paid attention to the noted requests. The woman who phoned me about something they didn't have was also extremely nice. And a free bag of really good donuts didn't hurt!

  They sometimes take a while to deliver thus there is no 5 star rating but the food is always made to order (no matter specific I am) and delicious! Well worth the wait!

  Had a burger loaded with fat and i asked for medium well and they gave me medium rare. I also ordered the buffalo potatoe it was okay just didnt like the carton that it was put into

  A cute, retro-styled diner with friendly and prompt waitstaff and delicious food inside -- delivery provides comparable experience. In the words of Jacques Derrida " In philosophy, you have to reckon with the implicit level of an accumulated reserve, and thus with a very great number of relays, with the shared responsibility of these relays."   We love our Lone Star burgers and curly fries. The sliders are kid favorites. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the food but more than that the service we recently experienced was outstanding. An order we got had a minor error; I called to check if we had someone else's order or see if we could have it corrected. Not only did the owner IMMEDIATELY call me back, corrected the issue, gave me his personal cell phone number and offered us another FREE meal and stressed to order whatever we wanted. He apologized again and again and was beyond kind. We took him up on the offer of the free meal during a tight week $$$ wise and I called him on his cell, he remembered me and while he personally took my order in the kitchen, he urged me to keep ordering and try anything we wanted on the house. He asked if I needed extra utensils etc. Ketchup? "Yes, actually, we just ran out of ketchup, ketchup would be awesome, thanks!" When our food arrived so did a full bottle of Heinz ketchup, brand new, never opened. The customer service I experienced due to what have potentially been a really poor experience has only made me more loyal and enamored with Lone Star. We will be using them again and again.

  I haven't pulled the trigger on the combo sandwiches yet but the pastrami is delicious(although better in store then delivered for whatever reason) and the "Brooklyn cheesesteak" is well worth eating. Interesting potato salad that I'm pretty sure is actually potato/egg salad. The desserts are exceedingly sweet but if you're into that kinda thing you'll enjoy them.
