I recommend: the tilapia fish dinner, it is well seasoned, not to much batter and generous size pieces; also, the large perch dinner was superb with nice size pieces of perch. The chicken wings are also tasty, but chicken livers could do with a re-working. Pass on the overly battered broccoli cheese (not much broccoli). I could barely taste the broccoli. The onion rings are worth mentioning because it's more onion, less batter. When I get a taste for fish and don't want to cook it myself .... Harold's is the only fish I order. They always satisfy my fish taste buds.

Some of my favorite Indian dishes in the city. The dishes here err on the side of sweet and creamy, but the balance of flavors in every dish Ive tried, particularly, the butter chicken, are out of this world. The vegetable samosas are a nice hearty satisfying treat.

EXCELLENT food, but only for takeout or delivery. DO NOT go if you want friendly service or an enjoyable atmosphere. The older man who owns the place seems like curmudgeon, and his staff aren't the most bubbly either. The restaurant's decor is abysmal. It's trying to be modern in a way that its customers can't relate. Unlike the way ping pong used to be modern, this feels like a strange red spaceship. Not chic. That being said, the black bean burger, quinoa bowl, and bison burger are weekday mainstays for me. An easy way to eat healthy during the week!

Solid Thai food - nothing overly amazing but the best I've found so far in Chicago. The curries are especially excellent, everything else is kind of hit or miss.

It's the best Chinese restaurants in Chicago. It used to be on Wells for years then the owner decided to take some time off. It's still in old town but now on LaSalle. Best Kung Pao, hot and sour soup and crab rangoons I've ever had. My friends are all hooked on it now.

Can you say 'Yes Please'? Because if you've never eaten Thai before or have been searching for the best thai restaurant in Chicago, Thai Aroma is your answer. What do you order? Crab Rangoon and scrumptious Potstickers for starters: hands down best i've had in this city. Even when i'm full, i'll keep popping these into my mouth. In these cold bitter months, you need to get the Tom Yum soup (hot and spicy [spicy as you want it])!! I asked for all my dishes spicy (Hot - I Like It Hot - Thai Chili Peppers), and for the first time, a restaurant actually delivered on the spicyness and yumminess. They know what they're doing when it comes to accomodating different spice levels - they have several to choose from! Check it out!! I have an obsession with their Creamy Panang noodle with beef - I wish they could give larger quantities!!! This place'll definitely make me a little piggy :) And finally, wash it all down with a declious Thai Iced tea, what is it you ask? Thai Iced tea is an orangy orgasmic beverage sweetened with condensed milk. You can count on my ordering these items week after week!!!

The service is quick and my food arrived nice and hot. The sweet potato fries came in a generous amount, and not covered with sugar (as some places serve them); but, au natural..... absolutely, delicious. The carrot cake should be declared Chicago's own Best Carrot Cake ....... with each bite your taste buds know it is being sinfully treated to a dessert worthy of culinary superbness.
