Food was OK - your usual mexican restaurant. They forgot to send salad dressing and included utensils when my profile requests for them not to. It took the full 60 minutes for them to deliver on a clear, non-stormy evening.

Would order here again. Sandwiches were really good and cheap! Appreciate how the Pho comes in separate packages to assemble when ready to eat - made it fresh and tasty for sure!

I ordered them for the first time: Pad thai shrimp... Amazing! Now I have ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls and the gyoza, delicious! My favorite restaurant to grab a quick bite, especially when I am at work :)

Solid Thai food - nothing overly amazing but the best I've found so far in Chicago. The curries are especially excellent, everything else is kind of hit or miss.

It's the best Chinese restaurants in Chicago. It used to be on Wells for years then the owner decided to take some time off. It's still in old town but now on LaSalle. Best Kung Pao, hot and sour soup and crab rangoons I've ever had. My friends are all hooked on it now.

Very fresh and good value. I am a sushi rookie, and loved the Flaming VIP Roll. It was topped with crunchy bonito flakes (think texture of fried onion strings) and included cooked salmon. I highly recommended this entrée for those less adventurous sushi-goers. My wife, the sushi pro, loved the sashimi platter (11 pieces). We also shared a Chicago Fire roll. I wish the menu description included "seaweed wrapped" or maki style. The rice within was well-cooked, and had the perfect texture. We both like spicy food, and the jalepano sauce was merely a light flavor adder, so don't expect a great deal of heat, despite the name. This was our third delivery from from Kai, so I can now vouch for the consistent quality. We don't like to review without a decent sample size. Each time, the order arrived in timely manner. The only reason this was not 5-stars was due to the way food was packed into the bag. Twice, our orders have included a cucumber salad. Both times, the rice vinegar has spilled inside the delivery bag, resulting in wet/stained napkins and chop sticks. Changing the container, or wrapping in Saran Wrap would be an easy fix. Kai was a great choice for us, and will stay on our favorites list. I look forward to trying more Special Rolls. Having pictures of menu items would be another great improvement for the site/app.

The service is quick and my food arrived nice and hot. The sweet potato fries came in a generous amount, and not covered with sugar (as some places serve them); but, au natural..... absolutely, delicious. The carrot cake should be declared Chicago's own Best Carrot Cake ....... with each bite your taste buds know it is being sinfully treated to a dessert worthy of culinary superbness.
