food is still not here after and 1 hour and 45 min. called a dozen times, phone is busy. final got someone on the line, they said it will be delivered in another 15min- which will make it an even 2 HOURS. when I said this is not ok, they HUNG UP. I called back, she said she thought I said 'BYE' then told me I placed my order an hour ago, which is not true. When I said this is the first and last time I am ordering from them, she said "OK NO PROBLEM". Regardless of how good or bad the food may be (which I am yet to try) I do not recommend ordering from 4food if you like to eat your lunch at lunch time as oppose to dinner. Oh, and if you don't like when people hang up on you.

I enjoyed my Burger - so much that two of my office team members also ordered. I suggested to them as I am to you that you should visit the 4food website to get a better understanding of how the burger was made. When I had first looked at the seamless menu it was incredibly confusing. I went to the website, grasped the idea and placed my order on seamless. The burger was tasty, my Maple thing was freaking awesome and I was pleased.

This place is hit or miss. I had one really good delivery experience and two crappy ones. The food is awesome, but when they forget to add the two main elements in my rice bowl (the skewer and the scoop), that's pretty bad. When I called to have it corrected, they reluctantly agreed to send the rest of the lunch I paid for. Probably won't order from 4food again.

While I like the food, the service leaves a LOT to be desired. About an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered, the store tried to tell me that my lunch had already arrived. Uh, no, if it had arrived I WOULDN'T BE CALLING. They then told me that my lunch had left the store over an hour ago, and that it had "been delivered." Uh... still wrong. At that exact moment, the delivery person finally showed up. My lunch was good and cold by then. Thanks a lot, 4Food.

Food is good but a little cold. Cold because it took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. On top of that the delivery guy said he was here fifteen minutes before he actually arrived. What the hell, 4food?

UPDATE TO BELOW RATING After the below experience, the manager called and apologized, refunded my lunch order and offered to give me lunch the next day on the house. I was soo impressed with how he handled this and the replacement lunch, which was excellent, that I've amended my review to 5 stars. Then I ordered again, and it took over an hour and I got cold/soggy food. I think this is hit or miss and I would say go there if you like their food. _______ Great concept and flavors, HORRIBLE delivery. My burger just arrived over an hour after ordering with a bun so soggy it felt like it had been drenched in water. The guy said "Sorry about being late I left my phone back at the store and had to pick up another order before delivering" so i asked is my food even still warm to which he said it might be and left. I heated what was left of it bunless in the microwave and the flavors were on point and I'm sure had been good once but TERRIBLE first experience here.

I love this concept (5 star) but totally disappointed in the execution (1 star). The order, promised in 45-60 minutes, came in 75 minutes, and everything had been steaming to the point of mush -- literally the bun, lettuce, and veg burger had all turned into one steamy, smooshy texture together. Not what you're looking for in a burger of any sort. Both containers were seeping liquid with the paper bag they came in even wet through the bottom. I would try this place again if eating in or picking up from the restaurant when it's fresh and hot out of the kitchen, as I do think the concept is great -- but wouldn't order here again for delivery.

Only gave 1 star since you can't post with ZERO stars. Got my burger with the whole in it. RIPOFF!!! I don't care if you can order something to go in the center (which is not explained on the website). Can I please have my burger in the hole. JEEZ!!!

they used to have the best plantains and lately they have been as hard as rocks! they recently changed how they make food. It was one of my favorite places to order from a few months ago but recently they switched everything up and the food isn't good quality anymore.

Really yummy - I picked a build-your-own combo of pork and asian veg over coconut rice. So good! I knew their food was good, but I hardly ever went because their menu was kinda overwhelming (too many options) -- ordering pickup through Seamless was a lot easier. Also, gluten-free and vegan options are clearly marked! I picked up my order in-store, so I can't comment on the delivery.

The veggie burger was just ok it was cold. I ordered Mozzarella cheese on top but I didn't know that meant put a cold slab of cheese on top like an after thought. The beef burger was also cold. the brioche that I requested looked more like a not quite cooked english muffin. I also ordered the brussel sprouts but they never arrived.
