If I could give 0 stars, I would. My order took just under 2 hours and the restaurant has blamed the lack of drivers and that the driver took 3 deliveries simultaneously causing it to be late. They also guaranteed that the food would be hot and ready to go once it was received. I received an email confirmation at 7:20pm and checked the app and it showed that THEY confirmed the order at 8:19pm. All they offered was discount on the next order as if I would want to order from them again. Don't order from this place ever.

OMG !!! THE FOOD IS NOT GOOD ! I ordered a Big Italian Beef and it was just awful, very dry... I could not even finish it. the Onion Rings were not eatable ! The onion was chewy and it tasted so bad that I had one and the rest are in the garbage. The cheddar fries were good, but trust me, the one star I gave to this food WAS for the fries, because the rest was just not what food should be. If anyone finds these guys great, then there has to be 2 options : either they have more that one cook, and one is bad and one is good... OR who likes this food has a really low expectation for the food they put in there mouth. I am not rating this food for the fries, because fries anyone that says is a cook can do, and add some cheese on top... Of course they taste good ! Think again before ordering and choose another restaurant to order from.

Waaaay overrated! Horrible food! They claim to have the best Italian Beefs in the city, but let me tell you ITs ALL A LIE! They do not come close to the word best. I ordered there two separate occasions, and each time I end up throwing the food away in the trash. And to make things worst, it took them an HOUR to deliver the food the second time
