Amin (Park Slope)

While I enjoyed the food that I received from Amin, I must note that I do not think this business treats Seamless orders the same as dial-ins. I submitted my order at 12:12 p.m., did not receive a confirmation e-mail until 12:23 p.m. and at 1:35 p.m. I was still waiting to receive my meal. This, despite the fact that the business description promises arrival between 30-45 minutes. It's simply not true. As similar incidents have happened multiple times with Joy Indian, I am beginning to rethink ordering any Indian food in Park Slope through Seamless.

I am really surprised at the really low rating for this restaurant. I have been eating at Amin for years and the food as always been good. Tasty food and generous portion. I usually dine-in or pick up food but today I requested delivery, and it arrive in 20 to 25 min.

I have been ordering from Amin for years. The food is decent, the service is courteous and the delivery has always been prompt and accurate. You can find better Indian food in NYC but they are my "go to" choice for delivery in Prospect Heights.

Over an hour to deliver to 2 blocks away (despite the estimated wait-time range of 30-45 mins). When I called to check on order, was promptly hung up on. Ultimately food arrived cold and the kid who delivered it was clearly not sober.

I had their Korma when I first moved to Brooklyn and it was pretty good. I have had better in other cities but after trying 3 other places in my area Admin's Korma still the best I have had in Brooklyn. I do wish that they gave a bigger portion of naan.

We have always ordered from this restaurant but will not be ordering again from them. The beef was inedible and the chicken was completely dry. However, the samosas were really good and they did deliver our food pretty quickly.

This is close and the restaurant looked nice when I passed by by so I decided to try it for delivery, even though the reviews werent great. The reviews were right, this just wasn't good. the sauce on my chicken tikka masala was really thin and the chicken texture just wasnt right. Won't be ordering from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD Ordered take out from here and it took one and a half hours to come and when it did the order was incorrect and cold. The person on the other end of the phones English got significantly worse when I started complaining and he offered no solution or explanation, he even admitted that the food was ready and they were waiting for there ONE delivery guy to come and pick it up so I knew it would arrive cold. Ruined our evening.

I ordered the lunch special and paid extra for a side of naan. When I opened the bag there was no naan. I called the restaurant and they said it was too far to redeliver just some bread. It probably is, but it's still annoying. I also ordered the food to be spicy and it tastes pretty tame. The food itself is good, but there seems to be a problem with them correctly reading the orders.

The food was fine but the delivery was horrible. 1 hour. I walked down my building's stairwell to meet him, but he had no pen. I had to walk back up, get a pen, and walk back down. They he showed me the receipt which was not the standard "seamless" receipt, but rather a receipt from their credit card machine. It did not include the 20% discount as shown on seamless. It also did not have the tip I had included. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AGAINST SEAMLESS. i do not trust these guys.
