Awful....delivery was so late I am considering cancelling the order. 1.5 hours into a 45-60 min delivery estimate.

Delivery was quick as i live only a few blocks away. But that's the only positive thing I can say, as the food was far below par for curry hill. I got the mutton biryani - about the worst biryani i've ever had. looked like they boiled the meat and threw it in some rice and there you go. meat was rubbery, stringy, and totally without flavor. I also got the drums of fire (chicken wings), which was pretty bad also. bland and flavorless. this was the first occasion that i ordered from curry hill and had to throw more than half the food out because it was so bad.

Chicken Sukka Varuval was very over spiced and hot. Chicken Biryani was pretty good. Mutton Kothu Parotta was a bit too greasy.

among the best south indian restaurants in nyc. the masala dosai is really good. it's a light, flaky pancake with potato filling and lots of fun side sauces. the anjappar chicken masala is a classic! i order it mild and it's still spicy but not overwhelming.
