I've had dinner and lunch at AquaMarina in the past and was always very satisfied with the place. Despite some of the reviews on Seamless, I decided to give them a try.... and boy, what a treat! Food arrived within 30 minutes, hot (not soggy). Even the fried calamari was still hot and tender, and not soggy at all. Yum, yum, yum. I noticed that the top covers had openings cut out which probably helped keep the steam out just enough. Anyway, having food delivered from this place was the highlight of my week! I really wanted to give AquaMarina another chance. I ordered the Eggplant Parm, but the eggplant is not fully cooked. It's in the the oven as I type. This isn't the first time that AquaMarina has been a disappointment. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

Ordered from here over an hour ago and the food hasn't shown up yet, even though the estimated wait time was 25-40 minutes. When I called the restaurant to check on my order, the person who answered the phone was rude and yelled at me that it was on its way without bothering to actually look up my order. Last time I ever order from here!

Just ordered the Surf & Turf and its a total rip off. Its overpriced for the quantity and quality of food. Both the steak and shrimps were un tasteful.

The food here is EXCEPTIONAL and I love it. HOWEVER they take WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too long to deliver. Last 3 times I ordered it took well over an hour, most recently an hour and 1/2 and my food was cold and soggy. This could easily have been a 5 star rating but my food is never in a decent condition by the time I get it.

Food is bland and boring. Sometimes even bordering on un-tasty. Delivery takes a good hour plus, so be prepared to wait.

my food took over an 1:45 minutes to arrive and was cold when it showed up. This is the absolute worst service that I have ever had in NY. When I called to check on my food I was told the delivery person had already left and was told the same thing for 45 minutes. Every time I called the woman said it will be there in 10 minutes. She was very apologetic but ultimately unhelpful. My experience was awful! Don't order from this restaurant!

so excited a new place opened!! ordered at 7:30, they said 40 min max, called after an hour and they said sorry, i asked to comp my tiramisu, they said no. It showed up at 9:00 COLD, cheese on my pizza was so cold it was hard. Meh for the food also. gave me butter instead of crushed red peppers. thanks, pizza and butter is my favorite. dont wast your time or money

I'd ordered from here once before a few years ago and it was BAD. A friend told me it was under new management so i decided to give it another try. WRONG! It was so bad I can't even give it 1 star. The food was over cooked and the cream sauce was basically melted butter with a little heavy cream. No seasoning what so ever. I ordered linguini with "wild mushrooms" , well the "wild mushrooms" were canned baby bell mushrooms... yuck!

I ordered the lasagna and the cheesecake. It arrived on time, and was still warm. Very delicious. They're still figuring out how to deal with the online seamless menu (there was some confusion about the prices), but the food is great.

I don't know what happened this night, but the food took 2 hrs to get to me. They're usually on time. When I called they gave me some excuse. They should of called ME and told me something. The food is always great.

i got the chicken picatta with mashed potatoes. the portions were large but the food wasn't as hot as i would have liked... however i live 10 blocks away so i didn't expect it to be super hot anyway.
