TERRIBLE service. Took 1.5 hrs to get a salad delivered, 4 blocks away. The guy at Aroma couldn't figure out where his delivery guy was or why it took so long. Never again

great sandwiches and salads. We order from them frequently. They only lose a star because delivery time is spotty - sometimes it comes within 20 mins, other times it takes over 45. However food is freshly made and generous portions, so we still reorder regularly. (I eat at Aroma frequently as well, but sometimes it's super noisy, other times more reasonable)

So glad to find out that Aroma delivers to my work address. Love Aroma in Israel and am very happy to have one nearby in downtown Manhattan. Their salad with the feta cheese is delicious. Excellent fresh feta cheese - it makes all the difference. Also had wonderful mint tea with fresh mint leaves. Was delivered warm and cover was taped on - no spills. Delivery was about 45 minutes - but the website told me this in advance. Glad to have healthy and very fresh Israeli food. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Aroma Espressor Bar has a number of things going for them - amazing hot chocolate (using real chocolate and steamed milk), delicious french toast (their sweet cream cheese topping is to die for) and sandwiches that make your mouth water just thinking about them. Literally, every single day at least one of our eight-person office orders from then, and some days we see the Aroma delivery man five or six times throughout the day.

Beware -- Aroma does not actually deliver to the entire delivery area listed on Seamless. The restaurant waited about 45 minutes after acknowledging my order to let me know that they would not deliver to my building.

Very disappointed with the salad. I ordered and paid for cheese and they didn't give it to me. Nothing special. Bread was good though.

Ordered food at 7:30. It's 8now :45 and the food hasn't arrived, despite many calls with the delivery person, who is struggling with English and trying to find an address that would be pretty obvious from a map. Not recommended.

2 hours later and 3 calls to the restaurant, they finally refunded my order saying "we sent your order out, but we have no idea where it is." That level of service is unacceptable.

Very Good food thats Fresh, Tasty and Clean. But delivery is awful from this location (food comes late and drinks spill ).

i called to ask the soup of the day and was told there was only tomato zucchini. after i placed my order, i got a call back stating that that was not on the menu and was given two other option, which i was not interested in. they were unable to cancel the order immediately and who knows if the credit will every get applied back to my corporate account. very disappointing that the management was not able to come up with a better solution.
