I am extremely upset with Asian Station and urge anyone reading this to NEVER order from here. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and a general tso's chicken combo, and to my dismay, I FOUND HAIR INSIDE MY SUSHI. I need to put that in caps to emphasize how disturbing it is to find a long strand of hair rolled inside your sushi. I pulled the hair out of the sushi and was so disgusted I threw the rest of the sushi away - that will definitely make you lose your appetite. Normally, if you call a restaurant back to let them know that something like this occurred (which is an extreme health violation, and not sanitary by any means) they apologize profusely and refund your money, since you were clearly not able to eat the dinner you purchased. Not this place. They were extremely rude when I called to complain and told me they wouldn't give me my money back unless I pulled the sushi out of the trash can myself. If they had just agreed to refund my money, I would have respected the place for at least acknowledging their error, but instead, they basically let me know that they didn't trust me and would not give me my money back unless I could pull it from the trash for them to inspect themselves. The fact that I had to fight them on this and they STILL would not refund my money makes me extremely upset - because I wasted my money on food I couldn't even eat. Besides not refunding my money - they didn't even apologize once. Honestly, I would have been okay if they would have at least said sorry- but they attacked me instead. That's just bad business practice. If you do not want to risk the possibility of finding hair in your sushi - do not order from this place!!! honestly there are MUCH better sushi places in the ues anyway (ging,fatty fish, etc), with much friendlier management! don't waste your money here because you won't get it back, and it's not worth the risk of finding hair in your dinner!!!

I had the peppercorn crispy chicken lunch special and it was cold with oily smell after 40mins wait. I also ordered sashimi appetizer which their menu said 9 pieces of sashimi and there were only 7 pieces in my dish. Nay, will never order from this place again!

The food here is okay. The sesame chicken is probably their best chicken dish, and the sushi is mediocre. We have stopped ordering from here because the delivery man is extremely rude. A few days ago he delivered the food, complained about the stairs to get to the apartment and stormed away. Tonight when we ordered, it was the same delivery man and he was so incredibly rude. Talked about the stairs again and laid our order on the ground and stormed away. Will not be ordering from here again.

This place has such poor delivery service. We waited for more than an hour for our food. The delivery guy called but with an unknown number and did not leave a voice message. We had to call the restaurant and have the food re-delivered. When we got the food, the portions were small. The sushi came as 1 roll and wasn't event that good. This place is not worth it.
