Atlas Cafe

Waited 90 minutes for a delivery that was a 5 minute walk for the delivery man. Never came. Was told they were at my location and called multiple times, which was a lie. I eventually had to go and pick the food up on my own because they would not send it out again. Management and staff is uniformly useless. Thanks for nothing, Atlas Cafe. Oh! And my "Dairy free" shake was made for me again, but this time using an uncleaned blender right in front of me.

Atlas never delivered my food. After 1 hr and 40 minutes I had to cancel. Atlas had no idea where their delivery guy was and it was evident they weren't too concerned if they were an hour late.

I order breakfast from them 1-3 times a week at the office. Sometimes they can be slow, but average delivery time is as quoted in the confirmation email. I love their oatmeal and egg dishes, and being able to order a fresh juice in this neighborhood is a great plus as well. Never had an issue with the food or anything missing in the order once it's delivered. Overall, better than most of the diners or delis I have ordered from in the last year!

Not sure if they were having a bad morning, but the last time I ordered from this place it was honestly horrible. I had ordered the vegan moroccan tofu scramble-which includes a salad, and a toasted bagel. The only thing out of this order that was edible was the salad, and tofu scramble. Everything else in my order had this chemical taste, from the bagel to the vegan moroccan chicken. It almost tasted as though maybe a sprinkle of a cleaning spray was laced into my food. My first bite, I gagged and threw up in my trash bin afraid I was going to get sick or poisoned. Only reason why I am going to give you guys 1 star is for the salad that was the only thing edible. I take back my last rave review I gave you guys with a 5 star rating.

Really like this place - i order here almost every weekend. They're on time and always get my order right. I'm a bit surprised at all the negative reviews actually, but perhaps i've been lucky.

I have been coming here for 7 years and I'm excited that they are on seamless. Great food with a lot of options for non-meat eaters like myself. It's an East Village institution!

We waited over 90 minutes for delivery. I had to throw it away. The salmon was shriveled up and disgusting. The soup was suppose to be lentil but was cold watery and half filled. It was a waste of $30. Do not order from these people. I called and the manager and owner were very rude.

I ordered the kale salad, and while I was eating, I shifted a leaf, and the entire bottom half of my salad was moldy. Unacceptable.

Good food, but they need to be more realistic about their delivery. It rarely is within the 30-45 minutes they advertise

HORRIBLE service! food arrived cold and wasn't even my order. The delivery guy had to come back after me waiting an hour to give me my right order. The manager never refunded me.

I happen to love this place! The Rafaela Salad is great, and the Yummy fruity salad is one of the best fruit salads I've ever ordered- all great fruit, unlike other places that load you up with melon. This is def one of my go-to spots

I have ordered a salad from here a couple times and decided I never feel great after eating it. I'm not sure the ingredients are fresh. For example: the "avocado" option in a salad is actually a scoop of somewhat watery, mediocre packaged guacamole, NOT slices or chunks of actual avocado. That being said, their sandwhiches are ok. Probably the same issue with the ingredients but I don't expect to feel "great" after eating a deli sandwich... I'd skip this place for fresher options in the hood.
