Ayama

Ayama Sushi is awesome, I have never been disappointed. The lunch combo is wonderful- they don't skimp on portions and have very fresh fish. The salad with carrot dressing is always fresh, crunchy and tasty. Within a month, I must have gone 3 times. Amazing.

I will not order from Ayama again. The white tune was shredded (read: cheap meat sourced from many fish), the pepper tuna was decidedly grey, and worst of all the yellowtail was SLIMY, OILY and I don't even know how, but STICKY. Maybe the cooked foods are fine, but the raw fish is a definite no-go.

Another wonderful delivery from Ayama! Every dish tastes incredibly fresh and interesting. The rolls are all fantastic; some of our other favorites include the red bean dumplings and calamari.

I am a vegetarian and I love their veggi roll (love the Shiitake roll). Foods are fresh, and their estimated delivery time is dead on. And they even follow my special instructions (not many places do), good job Ayama.

My new go-to sushi delivery place! Thank you, Ayama! Thank you again for delivering 30+ blocks too:). The sushi and fusion combinations are delicious. Black rice, a special rare addition and everyone should try it! I ordered the yellowfin and goat cheese (handroll) it was wonderful. The black rice spicy tuna and peanut roll, yummmmmy! Everything was great although I would not recommend the peanut ball soup, that was weirdly sweet, almost like a desert, and just not my thing. I will be ordering regularly from Ayama from now on.

I have been ordering from Ayama once a week for the past few months... the quality of the food is consistent, it generally arrives more quickly than expected, and the order is (almost) always just as I requested! Food is great, they use really fresh veggies in their sushi.

Ayama is great! They deliver all the way to the west side, and they're usually pretty quick. Their thai food and japanese food are both delicious, always delivered hot. They even gave us free edamame with our delivery order today :) I will keep coming back...they never disappoint.

I love ordering takeout from Ayama. The sushi is great and real affordable compared to the rest of the neighborhood. And they have tons of roll options, they even have three kind of spciy rolls, mexican, chipolte, and regular and all are pretty darn good. Randomly the other day I ordered the pineapple shrimp fried rice for my husband and ate it all myself before he got home. That is not a typical dish for me, so it's saying a lot. Also Ayama sometimes comps edamame and dumplings. Overall a great place to order from.

Ayama has the best massaman curry. The regular size (not lunch special) is a huge container that could definitely feed two people. The sushi is also good; I like the peanut and the mango rolls since they're different, but the regular stuff is good too. Normally the delivery is fast (accurate to what the email time quotes), but today they were super fast, taking only 15 minutes to get to midtown. I order here pretty regularly and recommend Ayama if you're in the mood for Japanese or Thai.

First time ordering from this place, which was showing 5 stars in the reviews. The noodles in the pad see yew I ordered were so overdone they were just mush, and the dish was so sweet -- and not the gently sweet/smokey flavor you're looking for in a pad see yew -- that I couldn't eat it. I've had some bad Thai food in this city, but this place takes the cake.

Love this place. I have never been in person, but I've ordered the lunch specials online probably 50+ times. Food has always been delicious and I love their wasabi...something about it tastes really fresh. Also, the delivery is always on time, even though I live pretty far away. I'm definitely a fan.
