I used to like B.A.D. Burger a lot but recently it has been horrible. The burgers are different and the fries have changed. This past order will be my last one since my burger had a really gristly bit. This order was also supposed to take 30-45 minutes and took 80 minutes instead. My food containers were cold to the touch since the delivery guy had been carrying them around with him for so long. Really disappointed.

The name is right: BAD Burger. We ordered from here and received cold, inedible food that wasn't even what we ordered. When we called they promised to resend the food within 30 minutes. After numerous phone calls over the course of THREE hours we finally received the food, which was freezing cold. We will never order from BAD Burger again.

I have a head cold and I've been feeling awful all day. Ordered the seasonal soup, chicken tortilla, to comfort (since mom isn't around to make chicken noodle) and it was sooooooo good, that I kind of feel better (not sure what the science behind that is)! Just the right amount of spice and lots of flavor. I recommend getting the bowl and a brownie on the side! Thanks B.A.D. Burger!

If 30 min really means 1.5 hours. This is the second time I've tried to order from BAD burger. the service really is BAD so at least they aren't being misleading. I called after 1 hour of the food not being here they said they would put a "rush" on it. after another 30 min of waiting i called and just cancelled the order. the food is fine. nothing any other american style restaurant can't handle, not worth the 1.5+ hour wait. I suggest moonstruck diner or westville over this establishment any day.

I ordered from B.A.D. Burger, and I live 2 blocks away thinking it would be convenient. The food took 2.5 hours...i wish i could give 0 stars In my three calls to follow up on my food, I received rude responses including "we have 50 other orders to get out; it's not my problem." I offered to come pick up the food since it was Saturday night and got an earful of attitude. When the order finally came it was still wrong, overcooked, and tasteless. This experience showed me how my patronage was not valued and nor was my order relevant; with such such great restaurants in the neighborhood, spend your money somewhere else.

The food is fantastic. Problem is, they're terrible at getting you your food. It took me over an hour and a half to get my burger, and it didn't have anything on it. Called them and asked for my toppings and they agreed. About 2.5 hours in, it still hadn't gotten there. Called and asked for a burger to replace mine -- which had turned ice cold -- and I'm still waiting on that, over 3 hours later...

The delivery guys are always great and appreciative. Unfortunately, we have ordered from her three times now, and two of those were the most unpleasant ordering-in experiences we've ever had. At least by way of ordering through Seamless, the staff takes absolutely no care to read the actual order and the special instructions notes, and to add insult to injury, we had a messed up order re-delivered, and the burger was raw! Way to live up to your name.

They first time I ordered a medium burger with blue cheese, it was fantastic. Cooked correctly, well seasoned, and fresh sides. It's been all down hill from there. Really inconsistent. The girl on the phone just hates customers. I couldn't believe the attitude toward correcting an order. Apparently, it was all my fault. Had to have American Express deal with it.
