Bagel Boss NYC

$15 delivery minimum is A LOT of bagels -- which makes this a rare order. Other restaurants' minimum is set to $10. A bagel is cheaper than most other restaurants items. A dozen is only $12. How many bagels do they expect their customers to eat?! But then again, the schmear is their money trap...

We've ordered bagels here before: the everything bagels were delicious. I had also gotten the pear salad - which was wonderful. This time we ordered sandwiches and a salad -- but they didn't have the salad listed. They called, but only had a less expensive salad to substitute. Interestingly though, they said they were vegetarian salads and the ceaser didn't have any fish in it (including worchesershire sauce or fish in the sauce - I specifically asked) -- and that the broccoli side salad had soy bacon. This would have been amazing, except when I got the salad, it absolutely has fish in the dressing. THIS IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING. I would have just taken the refund for the salad if I wasn't lied to. Also, the pickles are gross. This is NYC, get better pickles. Updating the menu with the contents of the salads, and vegetarian friendly stars would be a real plus for this restaurant. Also, to remove items if they're out of stock and know what's in your food.

The food at Bagel Boss is simply phenomenal. From omelets to pizza to rice pudding, every dish has robust flavors. You also get A LOT of food for the price, and the restaurant's delivery team does a wonderful job of getting said food to you quickly. Great food at a great price delivered in a speedy manner; it's a tough act for competitors to follow and something that the NYC consumer rarely receives.

I love their bagels, but they brought my food to the wrong location, left it there, and I only found out because the person that received my order got my number. I then called Bagel Boss to let them know what happened and they got defensive. Funny.

Heard on the radio- so glad they opened up a location in NYC!!!! Very very good- highly recommend my sunday whole wheat bagel with scallion cream cheese but also if you are in the mood for a salad, those are great too

As someone who knows and loves Bagel Boss from a couple of Long Island locations, I was actually happy to see them appear as a new restaurant on Seemless, but after ordering from them a couple times, I see it bears no relation to the very solid bagel spots I've loved. They take forever, get orders wrong, and it's not even as good as its sister stores. Just a shame really. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Need to do a better job at READING the order. Asked for egg whites--they send me regular eggs. Asked for everything bagel--they sent me plain bagel.

2 hours and counting for a simple delivery order, and hung up on when calling to ask about it. Nice. I'd give this place zero stars if that were an option.

It took over 2 hours to get my meal -- even though the delivery window said under 45 minutes. When the food arrived, it was greasy, cold, and hardly worth the 2 hour wait. This location should be more realistic with their wait times.
