great bagels, good selection, smoothies are money...every so often an order gets messed up but otherwise not bad. They even make sure to call if they are out of the bagel you want.

Coffee had a hole in the bottom of the cup and when I opened the Saran Wrap it leaked all over me. Forget milk and sugar. Oatmeal arrived without a spoon but a knife. 2nd time they've messed up my order.

TERRIBLE. I ordered bagels from here and they didn't toast them and there were hardly any eggs on them. Never ordering from here again.

never screwed up an order. delivery always on time. great selection of basic bagel options and various breakfast and sandwich options. not perfect, but perfectly reliable. good go-to neighborhood option.

Two hours later, we called multiple times and they claimed each time that someone was on their way... Our food never arrived.

Food was never delivered. When we called over an hour after our order was placed (vs 30-45 min stated delivery time), staff said they "didn't have delivery men". Said they would figure out what was going on and call us back. They never did.

They make great sandwiches and delicious salads. I never used to eat salad, and now I get 1 a day from them they are so good!
