Love their bagels, especially the flat everything bagel. Delivery times can be long because everyone else loves their bagels too. If you can't wait pick them up.

I really like their bagels--they're fresh and fluffy and I always recommend them to visitors; my favorite is the cinnamon raisin bagel with the walnut raisin light cream cheese. I also like the chocolate raspberry iced coffee, and I usually hate flavored coffee. I don't usually like plain bagels or cream cheese but if you're in doubt, try this combo, it's really good, and I think it's a good litmus test. My experiences with delivery have been good---I know they're packed in the morning so I am impressed they're able to deliver quickly (even on Saturday mornings, my orders have arrived before the estimated time ).

They delivered wrong products , refused to exchange . Mosct horrible place to order. They also won't pick up phone. Delivert time is about 120 minitues.

Really good bagels, and egg sandwiches. Delivery time was as estimated. Can't believe some of the comments--why would you order a bagel in the morning on Seamless if you were in a hurry? Seriously?? And unless you're really poor, you should have a microwave to heat up cold food. After all, it's just a guy on a bike--no hidden technology to keep the food exempt from normal physics.

Lie about their delivery times, food arrives cold a lot of the time. Great food, but don't rely on their timing estimates as it ALWAYS takes longer and often arrives cold

Such a disappointment. Bagel Works has excellent food but the last two times i have ordered food has taken almost two hours to arrive i wont be going here anymore as a bagel in the morning should be quick so i can get my day underway.

This place should not be on Seamless. I placed at order at 11:19 AM and the estimated delivery time they quoted was 25-30 Minutes. At 12:23 I called them and asked where my order was and they said it would leave in 5 min. It is now 12:51 and my order still has not arrived. I called them again and they said that they are too busy to make delivery orders...Why do they offer delivery if they cant handle!

The most delicious bagels and cookies can be found here. I adore the sliced salmon sandwich especially. Very friendly here as well.
