Good bagels. $20 minimum is ridiculous. If there was another decent bagel place in my delivery area, I'd switch.

The food is great but for an arbitrarily high delivery minimum plus a delivery fee, I expect the food to be warm and delivered within the given window. Cold egg and cheese on a bagel isn't that great no matter how you spin it, and if you get the fresh squeezed orange juice, you'll need a machete to open it.

Some things are pretty decent. Flavored cream cheeses, the different bagels, basic sandwiches. But somethings, like the lox, are pretty substandard. Huge selection however.

They ALWAYS take forever, and now they are basically cutting themselves out of the equation intentionally by having a $20 minimum and a fee. Why the heck are they even on here if they don't like this "delivery" idea?

Bagels are very standard and seem like the mass-produced sort you would get from an Einstein Bagels or something. I like the irregular shape and uniqueness of handmade bagels. However, these *are* very tasty and fresh, and if they're not my dream bagel then I at least have no complaints about them. The cream cheeses are quite good with a lot of fresh tasting ingredients mixed in. Unlike the other bagel options around here, delivery is fast and reliable, and I always get exactly what I order. In the one case where they were out of something, they called me immediately about a substitution. My only complaint is that since the cream cheese is only available in 1lb containers, you can only really get one or at most two flavors of cream cheese, even with 14 bagels. If you get three, you'll end up throwing out a pound of it unless you always have bagels around. A half-pound cream cheese option would be great.

Everything was pretty good, the only issue I had out of a rather large order was I ordered a Bagel with egg, cheese and bacon, but I got a Roll instead :P Everything was still very tasty :)
