Bagelteria

Bagelteria: ordered soup and sandwich at 12:48pm. Called Bagelteria at 1:51pm wondering the status of my cold sandwich and soup...I was told it is just going out. Poor Delivery Service. 1 Star for delivery

A little slow, but bagelteria does everything it claims to do. Best bagels on this side of the neighborhood. Fresh beet and carrot juice is amazingly priced!

I ordered a deluxe burger. It's got to be one of the better burgers in this neighborhood. The fries are crispy and delicious as well. Not 5 stars because it looked a little messy in there, but the service was very good

I'm also surprised by the negative reviews. Granted, I live closeby, but the deliveries are always timely. The bagels are good, not excellent, but quite good.

I'm very surprised by all the negative reviews on this place, especially about the delivery service. I'm pretty far from the place and they always get here super quick, even in the middle of the snow storm last week I was expecting them to take forever and when the guy came 5 mins later than the estimated time he apologized profusely bc he got stuck behind a snow truck. The bagels are always great, the cream cheeses are delicious, I've never had a problem with anything I ordered here (ok I did get the Caesar salad here once which was mentioned in another review below and it did kinda suck but seriously get over it and just don't order that one thing again). I order from here almost every weekend and I love it!

Giving up on this place. Typically the average wait is 60-90 minutes, but today it was almost 2 hours and when the food arrived, coffee had spilled all over the bag and everything was soaked and in-edible. I called to complain and they replaced the order but when you order breakfast at 9:30 and don't get it until noon, what's the point?

Absolutely horrendous delivery service. I've ordered from this restaurant a dozen times and every time, I think it might be different. It never is. If it takes 1.5 hours to deliver a few bagels, you should just give up on having delivery service. Find breakfast somewhere else or plan to get out and get it yourself.

All of the bagels are good, and obviously handmade, so I'm not sure why someone suggested that they were purchased bulk. A few kinds, like the asiago bagels, are actually very good, as are some of the flavored cream cheeses (jalapeno, herbs, and chives are my favorites). Delivery in the morning takes an hour or two. They must be way understaffed. The non-bagel food I've ordered has been unremarkable, and while it arrived hot, I don't usually want to wait that long for food. If you're ordering on Seamless, you'll have to your the request for cream cheese into the comments section and pay cash, because the menu here is missing all of the cream cheese, and they don't have a computer to modify your credit card charge. I really do like the bagels and cream cheese here, but because of their chronically slow delivery, inconsistency, and inability to fix the seamless menu to allow cream cheese to be ordered, I've dropped my rating a couple of points and started ordering from Bagelsmith instead.

Funny story. We ordered breakfast today at noon. Ater an hour, the food arrived cold, and only one of the two plates we had ordered. We called, and they promised to send the other one right away. After an hour, we called again, since the food had not arrived 45 minutes later we did get food–but not the plate we had originally ordered. So, not recommended.

Absolutely terrible. The chicken salad was warm and tasted old. The burger was not fresh and had a piece of paper grilled into it and it did not even look like a patty. I called and they said they would send new food but never showed. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Seriously, don't.
