Food was great, and on time! Ordered on a couple of entrees and the four dip appetizer on New Year's Day and had a wonderful meal.

Awful. First, delivery gets lost 2 long blocks away leaving my food cold. Second, they forget part of the food order. I call them, they insist they don't want to bother delivering the missing item and will just deduct 2 bucks out my order! They messed up in every way possible and took no effort to fix their mistake. A refund is out of the option too. Beware! Save your money and go elsewhere.

This place has great food, but when they mess up the order, which they always do, they yell and throw a temper tantrum about fixing the order. nasty people.

Finally I can order food that I grew up on! I don't have to travel to Ridgewood, Queens to buy ajvar anymore :) Thank you for the summer soups - love the yogurt and gazpacho and the carrot soups - I normally have to ask my mom to make these. Can you please add Okroshka (Russian vegetable soup) and Dovga (Azeri yogurt soup) or Yayla Corbasi (Turkish yogurt rice soup) to your menu? Love the stuffed grape leaves and piyaz! Balkanika is: delicious and authentic food, fast delivery, friendly people, reasonable prices - finally on Seamless.. give them a try!
