Bedford Street Diner

While I thin k that the food from BSD is terrific I can not say the same for their reliability and particularly their delivery service. I have had 3 bad experiences with the deiveries. The first time it never showed up at all and after a long day at work I was forced to wait until I left to get dinner by which time it was very late. The second time it got here late, it was cold and it was a mess...obviously having been tosed around in the car and not handled with care. The third time, which was just last night, once again it was late...so much so that I called seamless and told them I was not going to accept the order and wanted a credit. While I will still frequent the diner on my own, I will NEVER order food from them again to be delivered as they are completely unreliable as to when if ever they show up and their delivery people take no care in the handling of the order.

Decent egg sandwiches. When requesting ketchup packets along with an order, they fulfill the request around 2/5 times, hence 2/5 stars.

Have ordered from this restaurant several times. Food is good, however delivery time is never accurate and has never been the 30-45 minutes as stated. The last few orders took closer to 90 minutes to receive. Delivery person is very unpleasant.

This food was "extremely average" to quote a coworker and we all agreed. The biggest issue is that the order was supposed to arrive in 30-45 minutes, and after 1 hour I called to get an ETA and they told me that they just got the order 20 minutes before I called. We didn't end up getting our food for an hour and a half so if you want to order from this place, call them after you submit your order to ensure that they check their system for it.
