Along with Mezzaluna, Bella Blu has the best pizza in the UES. I also love the tiramisu and half moon pasta.

Food was tasty but the portions were too small for the price and arrived ice cold. Real truffle shavings in the ravioli were a nice touch (compared to a neighborhood competitor's similar dish, made with fake truffle oil) but wasted on top of congealed cream sauce. Not worth the $$, won't order here again. It may be excellent in person, but it doesn't translate to take-out.
