the order was delivered a frustrating 45 minutes late so for me to give four stars i'd say i was either famished or the food was good. but the food was good. not incredible but respectable. the lasagne flavor was very good but my criticism is that it was too watery. the chicken francese was tender and well made with a generous portion. aside from the very rude and late delivery kid, i was happy.

Not sure how you can screw up 3 of 3 things I ordered. Wings, chicken fingers and garlic knots. All very bad.

Their Carbonara is just pasta, olive oil and bacon. Strange. The delivery guy also kept hitting the buzzer because he wanted me to go downstairs and get the food...? I've never had anyone do that before. Just an overall special experience. Never again.

The delivery arrived a mess. The lemonade had a flimsy lid and the restaurant packages it all together, so of course it spilled everywhere and soaked through the bag containing the food.

AWFUL service. Called to say they "didn't have" zeppoles. Which makes absolutely no sense, since they're just deep fried dough and powdered sugar. But fine, whatever, don't have what's on your menu. So they called and I said that's fine, just send the other things I ordered. Some woman there with a barely intelligible accent went on and on about how Seamless handles that and she can't let me just have my order as is unless I call Seamless to get my money back, etc. Excuse me!? You're going to tell me I HAVE to pay for something I don't want to eat because you don't feel like dealing with canceling the order yourself? Never again.

Lasagna was tasteless and very oily—very low quality cheese. You know how you usually have to blot the top of cheap pizza because it is like an oil soup on top? Imagine that problem in a lasagna, and it is much worse. It was like oil of lasagna soup, the whole think was literally floating in oil. I also ordered a side salad, and there was NOTHING in it. It was bagged mixed greens thrown into a to-go container w/ a cup of dressing on the side. No exaggeration for effect. For how much you ask? $17.00!!

Great service -- they called almost immediately after I placed my order to point out that there was a problem with it and offer alternatives. Delivery was speedy. And the Jamaican Meat Pies are excellent.
