I ordered chicken parmesan and a cannoli for dinner last night. The order took an hour and a half to arrive. I called after 50 minutes and they said it would be 10 more minutes. That turned into 40 minutes! The chicken was dry but not awful. Cannoli was bland. Would not recommend this place. It's not terrible, but you're probably better off ordering from somewhere else.

The posted delivery estimate is absolutely inaccurate, and the restaurant is indifferent. I am currently awaiting a delivery that was estimated to take 30-45 minutes. I have been waiting 2 hours, and it has not yet arrived. When I called the restaurant to find out if there is a problem, they claimed that delivery is "always an hour" and were dismissive of my concerns. The problem is with the restaurant, not their delivery personnel, as they had not even sent my food at the time of my call.

Bella Luna cafe is really bad at delivery. Today they took 1 hr 20 min to deliver whereas your page claims 30-45 min delivery!

The best pan pizza I have EVER had! Fresh ingredients and not greasy. The delivery was rather slow - I was told 45-60 mins and it took over an hour. The taste of the pizza made up for it though!
