Bettolona

Appallingly bad food which is surprising as we've eaten in the restaurant and it wasn't this bad. The artichoke appetizer and string bean sides were both drenched in oil. The pizza was super soggy. The pasta (integrale) had no taste outside of olive oil. I would have given this 1 star, but at least they had fast delivery.

late delivery (the guy got lost for a half hour and couldn't follow specific directions), one of the pizzas was not what we ordered, everything was cold. wasted an hour dealing with the order, won't make the same mistake again.

Had a great customer service experience with Bettolona. After having an issue with an order - they credited me for the order and I received an awesome letter and $25 gift card from the owner. Totally took a negative and turned it into a positive. Also, the food, while late, was great.

Very good italian restaurant to order food. Very fast delivery, the guy is always super-nice, and the food is very good (the pastas are a little bit better than the pizzas though). The only downside is that the portions are pretty small compared to the price, but the food worths it!

Great delivery experience. The food arrived really quickly (piping hot!) and the delivery guy was super-nice. The food itself was delicious and came with a complimentary side-order of crusty bread. Yum!

Fast delivery, though the food wasn't hot - just warm. The meal was delicious. The gnocchi was fresh and the grilled calamari was cooked well. Their bread could be better, but not much I can do about that.

Unfortunately, I have to give this place 1 star. They have delivered me cold & burnt pizza on more than one occasion. The last straw was when they delivered my Pizza Margherita without basil. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.
