Blake & Todd (Vanderbilt)

Rang up Blake and Todd after 50 mins of ordering as they are on the same block as my delivery address (estimated delivery time was 25-40 mins). I was informed it it was on it's way. A further 25 mins later food arrived. Luke warm soup, cold main dinner and a smoothie that had sat around so long it had separated.

DELIVERY TIME - The Vanderbilt location quoted 25-40 minutes and took over an hour to deliver (after I called to check on the food at 40 minutes). The food was good but big miss on timing will deter me from going back.

FORGET ABOUT IT!!! We ordered from B&T in the past regularly and stopped because of the added service fee. After tax, service fee & delivery fee that adds 30%+ to you basic price of your order. Then you have to wait over 1-1/2 hours for your food to arrive!!! And that is after calling B&T, being put on hold, and then for them to come back on the line and say "Who's calling again?"; you give your name and they say "It's on the way!" ; another 10-15 minutes goes by ... and VOILA ... your food magically appears "frozen". Are you kidding me? The service has gone DOWN HILL & FAST! It's just NOT WORTH IT... The WAS excellent a while back with excellent service ... Just bring in a frozen dinner >>> Much less expensive >>> Probably more tasty as well!

The matzo ball soup is excellent! I order it often. The pizza and salads are go-to orders for me too. Delivery has always been on time for me.

Great food, prompt delivery for lunch. When I selected a spinach wrap for my sandwich, seamless web didn't automatically "unclick" the original wheat bread option like it was supposed to. I ended up with two types of bread on my order and not the spinach wrap that i wanted. I called the manager and told them what happened and they offered to send my spinach wrap over free of charge. No problems!

I've ordered from here before and never been disappointed, but I just got a pizza that took over an hour to be delivered, and was ice cold when it finally arrived.

Worst salad and sandwhich of any place I have ordered from on Seamless. Asked for just a little dressing and they soaked the salad in dressing. Bread on the sandwhich was almost frozen.

The tomato corn chowder and create your own vegetable juice was great. However I only gave a one star rating because the chef special I ordered - Sauteed Chicken with mushrooms & leeks was swimming in oil! As I was eating, oil was dripping from my lips and an oily film was on my mouth. What could have been a great meal turned into a disaster! All that oil is not necessary!

I am vegetarian and I ordered Vegetable Rolls for lunch. My vegetable Roll had crab meat in it. Its not a vegetable roll if it has meat. I wish the restaurant had been more careful and not messed up my lunch.

Food is ok. Service is lacking. The last two times I ordered from B & T my food came significantly later than I was told it would. Last night 45 minutes later and when it arrived there was no dressing.
