Worst delivery guy shows up with no id - if i had time to go down to the lobby from the 32nd floor then i would not need to use seamless!

Was really excited that a full service deli opened three blocks from my house. One hour laster, and after speaking to three different people, the food has yet to arrive. Called to cancel my order and the guy on the phone hung up on me. Unfortunate first impression.
