Sushi was below average and apps were mushy and bland. Seamless estimated 30-45 mins, but took an hour and 15. Poor all around.

delivery tends to be past the approximated wait time regardless of how small or big the order is.... in addition, it comes up they open at a certain time but when you call they tell you that they just opened...

Awful service!!! They yelled at me when i called them to say that my order was supposed to be delivered at 11:00 am. they said its not their fault that they are not open. They missed 2 orders and rice. Soda was warm ! The food is good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They have a minimum of $20 on the website but will call you back and demand more money to deliver. Total bait-n-switch.

Sushi and sashimi were excellent if a touch pricey. Fish was fresh, pieces were large. White tuna was especially good.

pretty bland. the sushi was okay and I like that they offered brown rice. Also, it was really really late.

Food is ok, but it took them over 2 hours to find our apartment - even after giving specific directions and them calling us multiple times. They even made it in our building yet couldnt find our apartment (follow the numbers on the wall) so they turned around and left. 2 hours later they delivered our food and then tried charging us at the door saying we didn't pay which we did online through seamless. Then we got a phone call from them telling us we didn't pay... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

We had a bad experience with Blue Ginger last night. It took then over an hour to get here and when they called our apartment to tell us they were down stairs, 30 min passed and they still didn't make it to the actual apartment door. The delivery person didn't speak any english and couldn't understand how to get around a simple apartment complex. They left with out giving us our food or calling us. We had to called the restaurant to get them to return. They sent the same delivery guy back who could still not find our apartment door. Over 2 and a half hours later our food was delivered.
