Pretty good place. I've ordered from this place several times, and I haven't ever really been *disappointed*, but the results vary sometimes on quality and delivery times.

Delivery was fast and all of my food was hot and delicious. Portions are great too! Only four stars because I don't think the lava cake was worth $7.

Chicken Sandwich with chipotle mayo - added swiss and bacon. Chipotle mayo was nowhere to be found. Very bland. Bacon almost inedible - super hard, brittle. French fries really dry, flavor of old oil. Swiss cheese looked like plastic and had hard edges. Crab cake appetizer had exuded an AWFUL odor, definitely didn't taste good. I don't know about you but I was taught that my fish shouldn't stink let alone reek. Fajita flour tortillas were .... undesirable to say the least. Fajita and beans are... fine... the only thing worth its price. I would think twice about ordering from here... I definitely won't again... especially for these prices....

I ordered online. Got the Borough Burger and calamari. Delivery was fast. Food was hot- but, did not taste good at all. The Burger was bad. Just bad.. I didnt even finish it- or want to. The calamari was over fried and had a funny taste. Disappointed!

I got the Borough Burger and Fries. The burger was cooked correctly, but was incredibly bland and dry, no seasoning at all. Goat cheese and caramelized onions can't save a flavorless burger. The fries got cold within 5 minutes as well. Delivery was on time though. Maybe they have other better items, but I wouldn't suggest their burgers, especially not for the price they charge for it.

The delivery was friendly and the food arrived quickly. As a personal policy I typically never give a poor rating to a place based on food alone; I would if the delivery was awful/rude. I figure with the food- everyone has a bad night -- next time it could be great. Borough Restaurant and Bar is definitely the exception. I ordered salad and baked salmon. The salad was good. The salmon was most definitely baaad... as in, the fish went sour. I eat tons of salmon, and I've never seen anything like this. The color was a super bright pink, and the texture - it tasted like chicken. (Even though I ordered medium or med rare). I used to eat salmon cooked "well," so I know this isn't the same thing. The salmon was so chewy, like a beef jerky, and smelled AWFUL. I called Borough Restaurant and Bar - 3 times. The first two, no one answered. On the third try - someone picked up and told me they were closed. I started to say that I was calling about an order that already arrived, but they hung up before I could finish two words. Never again.
