Email confirmed stated delivery in 15-30 minutes. It took an hour. Catfish po-boy was extremely dry and the fish had no flavor whatsoever. I just ate the fries instead. Pecan pie with cinnamon gelato came sans gelato. The pie was tasty but looked like it had been smashed with a sledgehammer - it looked disgusting. Also for $9 you'd expect a slice bigger than a deck of cards.

I had some initial problems with this place when it came to receiving my order. But once those were smoothed out I now look forward to ordering from them. Their food is quite good and service has become acceptable.

Good wings, good sliders and good chicken fingers. The fried pickles were a bit weird but not bad. Fast delivery too. Will order again but too expensive for 5 stars.

One star because the bread had mold on it, I had to call the manager & got them to resend a different dish. The catfish Po' Boy is usually amazing when I order it in the restaurant, maybe they're not too keen on delivery? Or the cooks don't care to make sure that the bread is fresh daily? Either way I will not order that sandwich again, totally unacceptable. I'm hoping my replacement dish is better.

Firstly, they got my order wrong. Never got my grits. Food arrived cold, and they took forever. The fried pickles were a joke. It was just a whole pickle dipped in batter. That's not how you make fried pickles. I should have saved $50 and ate Ramon Noodles at home because that would of been just as satisfying.

My parents just got back from a trip to New Orleans, so I was really jonesing for some good Cajun food. This was not it. First, the delivery guy exploded the diet coke in the bag with the food. So I was not optimistic when he handed me a sopping wet sticky bag. Thankfully, it didn't spill in the food containers. The crawfish étouffée was bland and greasy. The shrimp po boy was extremely bland. I could barely tell I was eating shrimp and tasted zero remoulade. I will not order from here again.

I ordered the blackened bleu burger which is supposed to come with cajun ketchup and caramelized onions and bleu cheese. It came with bleu cheese but not the caramelized onions or cajun ketchup. I also ordered the burger to be cooked medium, but it arrived well done. All the other food was ok, but not worth the price. The food arrived late as well. Over all, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

i've given them 3 fair shots. ordered the same meal to maintain consistency. the fries are always overcooked/old and usually hard. The burger is good but sloppy. lettuce was wilted. This time the food took an hour to arrive (5 blocks away). the cheese hardened was the food was cold. There are plenty of other burger joints in nyc. Not sure what their other menu items are like but i'm reluctant to spend more money to find out...im irritated that half of my meal was a waste.

Order from here ALL the time ! Great food and great service. Of all the times I've ordered..i've only had to call twice because I felt the delivery was taking too long. But they're usually fast and the food is always good

food was bland and packaged horribly -- in a smashed metal container, not microwavable -- and they really need to deliver salt and pepper -- embarrassing for the cost - delivery was fast, so if you're looking for a fast over-priced bland meal, go for it

30-45 minute delivery time is false advertising. Be prepared to wait at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. food was cold, greasy and soggy. never again
