Box

I have ordered from Box six times times now, and the food has been consistently great and well-presented. The vegetarian sesame chicken is very tasty :) The delivery man is nice and friendly.

I ordered the General Chicken Box and some Maki Rolls. Food was pretty good, the roll that came in the box was warm due to its proximity to the hot chicken and rice. Other than that small complaint the food was good, pretty standard for delivery in this neighborhood. Could have been a little faster due to it being right around the corner, but that being said I could have just went and picked it up so no worries.

We've had the gyoza and various rolls. The sashimi appetizer was good, although I could have done without the octopus. It's not that I hate it, but I'd rather have a choice. The spicy dynamite, paradise,passion, and manhattan rolls are among our favorites. We've ordered for pick-up and delivery and the orders were prepared in a timely manner and correct. Some may think Box is pricey, but price is on par with and Box offers better quality sushi than other local locations.

Horrible customer service experience when they made an error on my delivery order. Not only did they make a mistake on the order, they also only gave two unacceptable options to address THEIR mistake - either wait another 45 minutes for them to deliver the correct order or pick it up myself. I'm disgusted by their customer service and the fact that the lady who answered the phone was not even apologetic.

I was a regular customer until about an hour ago. The delivery guy shows up and basically orders me to come down and get my food. I live in a doorman building where security normally escorts them up. I told the guy I would call down and get security. Before I can complete that 30 second process the guy leaves. Management calls me to tell me that he left and will be back. 25 minutes go by before he returns. This means my food sat for an extra 25 minutes before I touched it. When I called management back to let them know my displeasure, the guy acted annoyed and said they had other deliveries to worry about. To sum up... delivery guy was impatient and rude, and management was unapologetic and rude. Never again!

Worst food ever. Delivery guy even smoked on the way for delivering. That smell even ruined the smell of foods. Wanted try food since it's new. I won't order again.

NOt worthy of 1 star- there was a roach in the wonton soup I just ate. I bit into a pork/shrimp wonton and there it was. I'm horrified and disgusted.
