Bravo Pizza - 42nd St

It's too bad the pizza is so good because the delivery service is beyond horrible. When I originally placed the order it said the delivery estimate was 25-40 minutes. Then I get an email confirmation that says 55-70 minutes and even that wasn't enough time as the delivery was another 25 minutes after that. Plus the fact that they completely ignored my request to add chicken to the salad I ordered. Their website says free six pack of soda with purchase of two pies. Well guess what, I didn't get that either. There are way too many pizza places in NYC to have to put up with this.

great pizza, but they take FOREVER to deliver. I give them over 2 hours for 4 pies and they are consistently 20-40 minutes late - one time an hour late!!!

Horrible pizza and service. 80 minutes after I placed my order, I called to find out where my pizza was and was told it had not even left the restaurant yet. When I asked what the delay was, they hung up on me. Plenty of better pizza places out there - don't waste your time and money.

There pizza is quite good BUT there delivery service for LARGE orders is VERY SLOW. It took them nearly 2 hours to deliver a group lunch.

Half the amount they usually send and it took almost an hour. When I called I was told they were busy so they were making my order wait until it died down in the shop. Good thing he was already tipped, right?

The food is good, but the delivery is often VERY late. If I order at 10:30am for an advanced order to be delivered at noon, I'm lucky if it arrives by 12:30. Don't order from them if you have any important time dependency.

Some guy at the restaurant called me and told me that I am not in the delivery area (even though I was able to order on seamless web). Also, he started complaining that I hadn't added a tip to the order (which was intentional, I tip the person who delivers and don't add it to the order) He was extremely rude over the phone and I canceled my order.
